Came early before work . Waited outside way after 8 which is opening time . I left at 8:15 cause I was tired of waiting for a business that is suppose to be open at 8 .

I haven’t done a ton of business with this company, but I do stop by often to check out their product selection. They are always super friendly and knowledgeable about their product and new products that are on the way. The young lady managing this location is wonderful and the other staff members are great as well. Keep up the amazing job you all are doing.

First time at this location, been to the PC location a few times. Lexi was awesome (thank you so much for helping me try to help my mom and helping me find my concentrate btw!) She was really nice and extremely helpful both on the phone and in person. Lovely atmosphere and an exquisite glass selection too. Definitely intend on being a repeat customer, mostly in part to Budtender Lexi's amazing customer service and the ama,ing selection of products they have.

This place is the best! Every time I visit, they take their time to recommend the best products for me. Today, I purchased the Lookah Ice cream dry herb portable vaporizer. I couldn't be happier! It is so easy to use and hits beautifully. Also if you have your mmj card you get a discount. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They carry a wide variety of products. Great place for THCa products. Hands down the best smoke shop in Lynn Haven and quite possibly all of Bay County.

Hands down the best vape shop I've ever been too! Joey is the man! Every employee haa great customer service skills, and are extremely knowledgeable and informative about all products in the store. Not only have I never had a bad experience, but every time I purchase I have a better experience than the last. I will be a loyal customer to this location specifically because of the professionalism and great attitudes from every employee. 10/10.

I've been going to the wrong places, Until I came to the LH Smoke Exchange!Lexi is the best, knows everything and is not shy about answering questions. Prices are some of the best I've seen and the selection is Holy Sheee....Whatever you do, they have a device for it and stuff to put in it as well. They have it all. And the best deals.
