The front desk clerks and managers are very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to help customers get the right storage solution. The staff provides excellent customer service and keeps the place in nice, clean condition. Rental prices are very reasonable. Customers recommend this business and choose to store their items there because of the friendly and helpful service.
I have used this storage facility three to four times now. Emily in the onsite office has always been a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt on returning calls.
