I have been with Tyndall for 14 years, and I love it. I've never had any issues with any transactions. One-time fraud was committed against me, and Tyndall did everything in their power to help me get my money back. Not to mention, they make banking fun and rewarding with their Givebacks!Thank you for your great service, Tyndall, and Happy Holidays!

I have been a member of TFCU for about 40 years. I joined this great institution in 1983 through a military career to present day. Their services are impeccable.

Left TFCU in 2006 and went to Panhandle Federal Credit Union and have never looked back! Don't be treated like a number! Switch to Panhandle and be treated like a human!

Stop doing buisness with this bank they only want to work with people who have lots of money not hard working people of this county. Zero stars for poor buisnesses practices and even worse customer service.

Tyndall has been nothing but amazing for me. I started out with them years ago through a used car dealership setting up financing with them. Since then I have opened a checking account, then was approved for a large credit line with them, then a savings. Paid off that vehicle, and now have another vehicle financed elsewhere that is complete garbage(CINCH AUTO). I am in the process of refinancing with Tyndall while they have this amazing promo going on right now of 25% off my initially approved APR. Which is great, I got a super low rate! It's going to be more convenient to make my payments. No convenience fees and awesome customer service. Also the credit line is amazing, absolutely NO cash back fees at all. I can transfer money from that account to my checking/savings at anytime through the app. Or go pull cash from it no questions asked. Love Tyndall. I hope to one day be able to ask them for a mortgage also and have everything all under one banking account with them. Definitely recommend.

Always waiting in line. The inside isn't open. Lines are extra long and it's hot. Friendly tellers though. Seems always slow.

Terrible customer service. I have been trying for days to get in touch with their mortgage department. You can't get through on the phone so I have left numerous messages. Still no response.Don't use this bank.

FAVORITE BANK OF ALL TIME! I moved Lynn Haven about a decade ago and this bank had friendly staff and great deals. Even though I have moved south, I STILL have this Branch on speed dial ?

First I want to say I do love my bank! I have been with Tyndall for over 20 years. Over recent years the security over the accounts has gradually gotten better. However, it is a little too much when all I did was change my phone number and my card is locked up. Can't use at the ATM and can not use it at the store. This also happened when I changed my address. There is no number to call after hours to fix the issue and apparently you can't change any profile information online or in the app unless the bank is open. If I had an emergency and needed to use my card I wouldn't be able to use my money because it is locked up. I haven't received any emails, text messages, notifications or letters about this issue This makes me want to close my account due to the unavailability of anyone to help.

This company makes you "pay" for them having low rates because they are SO difficult to work with! Everytime I call them, I'm on hold for a while then when I get a person I have to answer a million questions to verify my identity. Then by the time I finish all that they can't even help me or make me jump through hoops. Plus, they have such a high turnover rate their employees are not trained enough to help properly a lot of the time. I also have to physically go to a branch twice a month to pay my home, car and boat loans because when I hit bill pay online it tells me I have no eligible accounts. That's just not user friendly and annoying!

After the storm last year I have had a few occasions to need services from the loan department at Tyndall. Jason made the entire transaction painless. His customer service skills are amazing!!
