This is the second time I've went to this UPS location and no one there acknowledges that you are there. No hello, have a good day, nothing. I don't know what their issues are there at that particular location but they could be friendlier.

Had to return my son & DIL's mis-routed packages (and furniture!) back to Amazon. My son had texted the return labels but I didn't know how to print them. The ladies went above and beyond. They printed & applied the furniture label to the box which had to be taken to FedEx. Just Excellent service all around!!

The UPS on Highway 77 in Lynn Haven always has friendly personnel that are polite and professional. I pick up my veterans medicines there as well as do all of my Postal Services there and have nothing but great things to say about their Office and Services!

This UPS store is fantastic. It was busy when I went in and there were three young ladies helping everyone from doing a notary, setting up a mailbox and packaging for me. Packing was done quickly and efficiently and I’m so glad knowing that my expensive and fragile doll will get there safely.
