I had an issue with my truck, Jay diagnosed the issue and got it fixed in minimal time and got me back on the road. Any time I call, Kim gets me right in. The owner, Reena, is always there and is awesome. Customer service is top notch. I recommend anyone that is looking for a place to have your vehicle fixed or for normal servicing, give them a call. You won't regret it.

These folks were incredibly helpful to a visitor to their city! I had picked up some metal in my tire and was leaking air while traveling. They took my car right in, found the issue and resolved it in less than 10 minutes from the time I entered the door!! Wonderful customer service!

Have been using Venetian for years…always when something goes wrong. They have serviced all 3 of my kids vehicles and we have never had an issue with them. I know I can drive the car ( or have it towed) to their lot and they are gonna work on it ASAP. Kim has always been great as the frontline contact. Thank you!

Routine maintenance or something more exotic like wiring issues on a 50 year old car. Either way, they can do it and do it quicker and more affordable than any other place I've been to in the Lynn Haven/Panama City area over the past 2 years.

I drove up with water puking from my radiator reservoir, after 15 minutes telling them it wasn't leaking anywhere else but the reservoir and asked them to figure out why. They told me it was a couple of gaskets and convinced me to get a new water pump. Well I just drove away with the exact same problem and she only told me as I was picking it up that I needed a new reservoir and water was puking from it. Now I told her that when I got there and she charged me that much to leave with the same symptom I arrived with.

Always concerned when trying a new shop. First experience with them and so happy I gave them a chance. Found an honest shop that does good work and very fair prices. This is our new go-to place for sure!

The lady at reception desk is eager to tell you she has 27 yrs experience but don't have the time to do the paperwork to file the claim under warranty. I have to take my car elsewhere, but was charged $71. I was warned prior, wish I had listened! Never again will they get a penny out of me!
