Johnathon is amazing!! I got my phone stolen this past weekend and filed a claim through insurance. I got my phone today and needed it to be activated for my new job, after spending 30+ minutes on the phone trying to set it up, it was still not activated. I drove to the store 15 minutes before they closed and Johnathon helped me. He was so kind and extremely helpful even though I came in so close to closing. Great experience!

The lady that sold me the phone did not explain the usage of the phone. She said it was similar to the phone I had. It's not even close. They didn't give me a deal that I heard on the ads on TV for the one that I wanted the box that had the charging Cable in. It doesn't have an adapter so you can plug it into a USB port. The cord is only 18 in Long which you can't do anything with. It was lousy service and it took more than an hour and 20 minutes to get this done I have been a Verizon customer for more than 40 years and this is a lousiest service that I've ever had
