Having used Walgreens at 4 different locations throughout the US, the Lynn Haven store on Ohio Avenue demonstrated the very worst of basic customer service Ive ever experienced! Even elevating my substandard pharmacy service to the store manager as well as the SE service manager for Walgreens, the adversarial treatment by the entire pharmacy staff continued, and also lead to a 2-week lack of critical pain management medication. In my 58 years, I've never been on the receiving end of the very worst of basic customer service, compassion and generally poor rational reasoning. NEVER use this pharmacy for your prescription needs!

I do not recommend the pharmacy. The front checkout is fine. The pharmacy's customer service is ridiculous! We were in line behind a customer who was arguing with the pharmacy cashier that they only got a _ day prescription. There were at least 10 other people working in the pharmacy. No one offered to help the pharmacy cashier. To appease the customer,in the mean time, the pharmacy cashier goes to the back of the store to call the customer's insurance company. While this is going on, about 8 more customers join the line. The pharmacy cashier comes back up front , the customer is not happy with the information and walks off. The pharmacy cashier sees the line of 10 customers and desperately asks for help from the others in the pharmacy. One person says they'll be there shortly. Just ridiculous

They put me on hold for over an hour. They won’t release my husbands medication so we can have it transferred. He does this every single month and every month they do this. I definitely would NOT recommend this walgreens.

The store is great most of the time, the make up lady makes my experience great every time she's very knowledgeable and experienced sweet caring and so helpful. The store clerks keep it clean organized and labeled early ever do I have a problem with my otc products BUT The pharmacy is the worse in town. Uncaring Careless with meds always 1 to 2 hr phone wait then when your next in line the hang up every time just like tonight 2 calls Equaling to 2:16 and still have not spoke to anyone. Unfortunately they are my preferred pharmacy two years ago I had to report that the fact that four months in a row my medicine was short and that's only what I caught. I believe they got rid of the ones that were responsible the manager told me that he would make changes and he did there for a while they were the best now it's gone back to the way it used to be no good for nothing but of course that manager is no longer there either he transferred out I so wish he would come back

The pharmacy treat you like dirt, they are the almighty powerful pharmacy....They are very rude and condescending. Not sure how they get any business, people must be desperate to use this branch..

One of the most incompetent customer service experiences I've encountered. Suggest using a different pharmacy or if you have to use Walgreen's, try the one on the beach or Tyndall Parkway.

I made an appointment for a Covid test early this morning for 2:30pm, I was to arrive 5 minutes prior ti appointment which I did only to be told I had to wait 30 minutes because they had just received their supplies. 2 minutes after I received a call stating that they had tried to call everyone to cancel their appointment because they had just gotten their supplies that morning, I never received a call in the morning. So I went back at the 30 minute mark and then was told their website was down and they couldn't get my info to go through so pull over in a parking space and we will call you when we are able. So now it's 38 minutes after my scheduled appointment and still nothing, this is the last straw with Walgreens. I was hoping the Lynn Haven store would be more competent then Panama City beach location but I guess it's just how the entire pharmacy works...... this is the last straw I will be moving my prescriptions and other pharmacy business elsewhere. So unprofessional!!! I tried to be courteous and arrive on a timely manner obviously they do not deserve the consideration!!!!

I am allergic to red dye and require dye free medication. I have been getting a particular med for over a year and they constantly fill the wrong med. I have to ask every single time if it is dye free and it is not. It is on my profile and we go through the same thing every single time I pick up my meds. Changing pharmacies.

Hurricane Michael was one of the most devastating hurricanes, that I have ever witnessed in my life. Since there hasn't been a category five hurricane since 1939, I believe that goes for pretty much most of living beings. Walgreens was doing the best they could to even serve their patients in a tent and in trailers for months. I do not know what I would have done without them over the last 2 1/2 years. Just as they recover from that, they're slammed with the pandemic. I personally have been left without medical care, HELP, my spouse abandoned me weeks after Hurricane Michael and he was the one who always handled medications, because of my condition CPTSD and the location I live in the rural northern part of the county, I was hit hard by the hurricane and I live with agoraphobia, from living through to pulmonary embolism's when I first moved to this area. I am from Saint Andrews and I am from Panama City Beach. I live in northern Bella County. I haven't had no coverage that has been consistent, from Comcast or Verizon wireless. This pharmacy, has even taken on physicians who will not reply respond. They have helped and guided me and basically had to teach me how to live again. They have been patient and kind with me, when I have had even medical professionals lose their patience with me and cut me off. This pharmacy, has saved my life more than one time. And I do believe that anyone who can complain one year after hurricane Michael hit this town, about a pharmacy and whether or not they did or did not have to wait, and then we get slammed with the pandemic. Apparently they have a very easy life. Extremely easy or new almost to the area. Walgreens is fantastic I trust them with my life because they are the only ones who have advocated for my health and my safety, they have you been taken on lost physicians that don't care about me and my medications. God bless you all staff at Walgreens you are always five stars to me and everyone else should know that. The small reviews, obviously must be coming from small people Who have more than they need, and do not know what it is like to live in fear of starvation and death every day for nearly 3 years. And no ability to even contact people half the time. Hurricane Michael was real and it still cost is suffering to this day.

Awful customer service, took over 5 hours to get a Rx for my sick child because the pharmacy management pulled back her Rx right after i had it sent to a better pharmacy, such negligence from someone in control of people medication is terrible.
