First major problem was I had a prescription sent in waited well after it should've already been there. Ultimately did not receive my medication and had to change pharmacies and cancel the transaction as a whole. On my bag my name, number, address, and city were all completely wrong. When I called the pharmacy the next day (as they closed shortly after I got home) I explained what had happened and the pharmacy tech was no help and was not interested in receiving my CORRECT information she simply wanted to see how payment was going to go down. Second major problem is I went inside the line was way too long. Went through the LONGER drive thru line which oddly enough went faster than the line inside. I waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 min and I looked through the window to see a man who was in front of me inside just being helped after all that time. They claim they were too busy but that's no excuse for unprofessionalism. To be quite frank I heard people behind the counter laughing and having a grand old time while they were two huge lines. The fact that they were "too busy" were I'm sure their faults.

Worst pharmacy ever, rude and disrespectful. Staff doesn't care about inconvenience to customers and even the basics of customer service

This pharmacy is understaffed and wait times are long. But the staff is always friendly and the service is good once you finally get your turn. The pharmacy seems as well stocked as any I have seen and better than most.

The team here are all wonderful people but I have to give a special shout out to Jenn! She always greets me and everyone else I see walk in by name and with a smile on her face! She is filled with such joy and I've never seen her have a bad day! You can't help by be happy when you're around her.

All of the bad reviews put together hardly scratch the depth of incompetence and laziness exhited at this place. They can see a line with 20 people in it inside, and the line of cars circling the building, and make absolutely no effort to catch up.

Literally incompetent this place should be shut down. Egregious wait times not having medication in stock, saying medications ready when it's not just awful around. If you have serious medical problems I advise not coming here you may end up dying waiting

My prescriptions are never ready on time, they constantly take their phone off of the hook, and they don't inform you if they are out of a medication until after you drop it off and wait for half of the day.

I sat in the drive thru for the pharmacy for AN HOUR! The line was wrapped around the front of the building. Something has to change. It should not take that long to pick up some freaking medication. If you got more than like 3 questions GO INSIDE. Drive thru is supposed to be for expedited services. Pick-up, drop off. If you're going to take more than 5 minutes GO INSIDE PLEASE! One car sat in the drop off lane for at least 20 minutes before being acknowledged. DO BETTER!

Medication not ready on time for an easy prescription. Only ready 2 hours after they said it would be, good thing we called ahead. Had to wait an obscenely long time both in the store and in the drive through line outside. When we finally picked up my wife’s prescriptions, they charged us retail price when it was actually covered by tricare. I had to call and wait 20 minutes for them to figure out their mistake. I have to go back in person and wait again for my refund. If I have the option, we won’t go back. Massive waste of time.

Wont answer their phone put you on hold for 10 minutes then pick up and put you on hold again would give zero stars if it was a option

Way understaffed, nothing ready. Was told it would be 15 minutes, kept checking after 15 minutes, only to be told it would be 15 more minutes... An hour and 15 minutes later and I finally just left.
