Avoid this store if possible. Especially if you want to use the pick up service. Very poorly managed, poor execution and obvious employees don't care. Used to be a far different experience here but i give up after this latest experience.

The store carries a men's electric razors but only one type of women's electric razors. Plenty of prepackaged cheap plastic razors. The clothing styles for women that are at plus size is almost non-existent. Plus size women want quality not trashy.

The fruit, produce and meats in this store were second rate for a Walmart today; totally unsatisfactory. The cashiers seem detached from the customers. The rest of the store seemed okay.

Customer service or the lack of it. Employees will just act like they don't see you. I'm sure they are busy but when an employee will not move to let get what you for or just walks off instead of asking you what you need help with. Just tired of the lack of customer service. Most items are not even that much cheaper than stores with customer service. When I was a kid I remember Walmart having customer service. These things are not from a training video, this taught by management or hire someone who will show it.

I go to the Lynn Haven store quite often. The last 4 times I've gone specifically to stop at the Deli and get lunch meats and cheeses for the week, the deli has been closed 3 times earlier than the 8pm time they keep telling me. Tonight at 7:30pm the excuse was cleaning in the back room where they cook chicken. The last 2 times they said that they were short on help. I run a small business and if we need more people to work we either add more pay to the job or we move someone from one job to another. A few years ago I kinda knew a nan that had been working there for years and he quit the day Walmart lowered his hours so they wouldn't have to provide ObamaCare to him. Obviously, all Walmart cares about is getting as much merchandise to hey can back on the shelves. Tonight , there was a line checking out. Only 2 lanes open because they want us the consumer to purchase and bag our own merchandise. And at night there are a bunch of nice foreigners stocking the shelves from some other country over seas. It's very unfortunate that waltz family has gone all full blown on selling us almost 100 % of Chinese goods. I've resorted to having to go to other stores due to Walmart being so CHEAP If Sam Walton was still alive to see this, he would have fired all his rich heirs that only care about the bottom line.

WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I, absolutely, can not stand going to any Walmart in this county or nearby counties. I never can get any help there and I do not go for the groceries. I went in to purchase a 4K led smart TV. Cash in hand. I know I had been in front of 3 tvs, side each other, for at least 20 mins. 3 different clerks including the one in electronics, plus a manager even, passed me by. I knew I looked confused instead of just watching tv. What's even worse, is just for the spite of it, stood there for an additional 10 mins!!! Manager walked right by me 3 times, almost bumping into me. I said excuse me can you ... he interrupted me, looked right at me with a horrible expression and kept going. I guess he thought I was going to be rude but i wasn't. I was going to ask could he help me. I would rather go and spend extra at target or Best Buy then go here EVER AGAIN. but the store is clean. Whoopy who cares if the staff aren't helpful.

This Wal-Mart is well recovered and always stocked well except for the dairy.. the employees are so unpleasant .. just seem unhappy to be there and will practically run you down with a stock cart.. never say excuse me or anything..fabric area is always a hassle.. I can never find someone to help.

Good but I don't like the fact that they only have self check out at night. And it's always hard to tell if they're open at night because all the lights are pretty much off in the parking lot even though they're 24/7. And the gas station closes as 1. Which I thought was 24/7 as well. But they're not. And the cashier at the gas station is always standing outside rather than tending to the store. One time I went to this Walmart Murphy gas station and the young man that was the cashier in the store was sitting in his car rather than tending to the store....

Rude employees when you can find one. The cashier didn't even talk to us, from stepping to register to leaving. No hello no thank you have a nice day. Just nothing. I understand they are overworked, you know with 500 lanes and two cashiers for the 100 of customers in any given hour, but at least smile! Needed a price check and could not find a single employee, tried the price checker and it didn't work. Walked all the way across the store before finding one that did. Deli worker was friendly enough but slower than molasses in the heart of winter. I might add they had ONE deli employee at noon on a Saturday. How does that happen? Up your game WalMart!

I'm giving 1 star only for the yogurt island. I just return from shopping and putting in refrigerator my favorite and expensive greek yogurt, I see the expiration is 15 Oct ( today is 1 November). I don't want to go again in a busy Saturday afternoon. But is not the first time they have expired product. Other two times I didn't buy because I saw the product expired ( children yogurt and similar). They just add in front the new arrival and they leave in the back the old.

There is never enough registers open and store employees are NEVER helpful. I quit shopping at Wal-Mart all together because of these ongoing problems. Target employees are much more attentive and several lanes always open.
