Just wanting to share my positive experience with a tow I desperately needed at the time. After having my vehicle towed to a local shop, I was told they wouldn't be able to work on it. So in order to avoid a $35 a day storage fee, I decided it was best if I had it towed to avoid those fees. I'm on social security so after spending quite a bit of money trying to get the car fixed and the towing fees I've already paid, I was getting close to running out of money until I get paid for the next month. This was the only company I found that doesn't just charge you a flat rate for their service. They actually understand and will provide the service for an extremely reasonable amount. In fact, they were about $50 less than what I had been quoted. This might not seem like much but it is when you've already expended most of your social security for the month. They were also very quick to respond and towed me to a safe place until I can get the rest of the work done. I've just got to say it's much appreciated when you're facing difficult circumstances. Well ... we thought yesterday we would be saying see ya later Florida, until next year. However, it looks like Florida wanted us to stay a little longer. We headed towards Michigan yesterday and not even 45 minutes into our trip back home our vehicle decides to take a break and wouldn't go over 25 mph. We called the tow truck and both boys were so impressed as this was by far the biggest truck they've ever been in or around... they both crawled over to our driver Ron and he let them climb with open arms to the steering wheel. They loved every second of our short lived ride. ❤️ Thank you AR&R Towing. Definitely recommend 100%! Very kind and worked very quickly to get to us on a Sunday. We thank you kindly. We will be leaving another review after his son James does the mechanic work on the vehicle!! James so far was very kind on the phone when we spoke with him and was extremely patient and willing to do whatever was needed to help us in our situation.

Recommend this place %100! I had my truck towed recently and the tow charge was substantially large. After I explained to Ronnie (Boss) my financial situation he agreed to knock of the tow charge by roughly 50%, he DID NOT have to do that but it just shows just what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. Thank you Ronnie!

James and his father are both extremely nice people. I used their service for a mechanical repair and James did a bang up job on the AC hoses and I was well pleased and he was so kind to do it quickly as my son needed the car.

They were great 6-8 miles 100$ came grabbed my keys from home went picked up my van dropped it off ! Very Friendly, affordable ! Will definitely call again if you need to be towed. Great company ! Thanks

Got my bike towed to here. Pro tip: a 9$ pizza greases many palms. Having a car towed isn't a fun experience, but if you're friendly with the tow truck driver, it makes it a heck of a lot easier to deal with them.

Excellent service and professional!! Had an issue at 8:15pm he was there within 20 minutes like he said and got us to the parts store to fix the car issue before 9pm when they closed!!! Very fast and efficient. We were so grateful for excellent service!!!
