Looked for any reason possible to cancel my grandson’s appt. Didn’t like the fact we were self pay. Wouldn’t accept father’s emailed permission to see his child when their fax machine was broken. Scowled at me and was very unfriendly altogether. Unprofessional!

Dr Stephanie is a joke. She will let her patients die before she cares. When you call to get ahold of her it takes her so long to call you back. Then when she does she don't talk about what you wanted to call about. Getting her to refill a rx is like pulling teeth with this woman. Find a different dr because she just is not the way to go. She can't figure out any problem with a patient

Second time in a row I go to check in for my appointment and they said I either didn’t make one or my time was wrong. I always wrote down the time they gave me after I made my appointments. Definitely never going there again.

Wanted to get my diabetes meds refilled. They said they couldn't see me for 2 weeks. No meds for the time. Get to the appointment and they canceled it. Oh well no big deal to them. Wanna come back in 2 weeks? No I'm all set I'll just let my sugars get out of control, thank you very much.

Been going here for 9 in a half years since i had my first born. The staff all are wonderful caring nice people. They are really great. My kids love going here. Mrs. Kim and Claudette are my two fav. people.
