The upper management in the macclenny branch is so rude, better than thou complex and it manifests through their customer service abilities. They are very demeaning and typically baker community is very kind but you come across those entitled judgemental few sometimes and it's really unfortunate these people are the face of this company. I'd rather bank with cash app while walking uphill, backwards, in 5in heels on the wrong feet then to ever step foot in an establishment and be treated the way they do. And you know, the first time it happened, I was very upset but dismissed it as everyone has bad days, maybe I came off wrong.... But when the next interaction mirrored the previous, I was sure it was a def them problem. I took my matter of business to wells Fargo and they helped me fast and efficiently with a huge smile. They're the best small town bank I've ever had to deal with. I do all my banking with them. They're a pleasure to do business with.

If you are looking for a small credit union with online/Mobile functionality like the big banks, and TRUe home town member service, this is the credit union for you. I recently became a member about six months ago. Mrs. Tammy and the team at the Callahan branch are great!

The bank as a whole is great and everyone is very friendly! That being said, since the transition to Tru-fi, I can't link my account to any of my online apps. When using tools provided by the apps, the bank is not found. Because I utilize apps for bill pay, it has become very frustrating! I have reached out to every entity, but keep hitting a road block!

since changing their name, I have not been able to access my account. the debit card that was just sent to me does not work and no one will answer the phone.

They never answer the phone! I have not been able to access my account for over a week. I do not recommend this credit union.

Two years in a row I've had the displeasure of dealing with Amber in the mortgage "department". She doesn't return calls, you have to call multiple times until she finally answers the phone. She went out of her way to be nasty and when I stated I could take my business to one of the several other credit unions in town she told me "You're not going to talk to me like that" and "I'm not going to help you if you're talking to me like that". This simple problem could have been fixed with mailing 1 letter to 2 addresses a year. Unfortunately the mortgage department relies on "automated" letters and is unable to do things by hand I guess. Worst customer service I've encountered in Baker County! My husband and I will be pulling our accounts very soon.

Worst bank ever. They never answer the phone they continue to mess with your money when you don’t give them the go ahead to do so. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone whatsoever.

I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone ever.. I've been a member for 3+ yrs and really only because it's the only bank in Baldwin, FL. However, I work 2 jobs( Head Waitress at my day and Bartender at night, so I have multiple direct deposits ) COVID-19 has temporarily closed both of my jobs so my acct went in the negative $23.37... WOW... I have received 3 letters stating I have 5 days to restore.. I'm just blown away with what's going on around us and in a time like this (1000s are claiming unemployment) & to threaten collections W/O hesitation or care..I've never been in the negative before..!! I've heard ppl say " Just a name" Or "Just a number" Well Country Fed has definitely brought that saying to life for me... Today another one of my many direct deposits went in and everything is fine.. But, I will be switching banks ASAP and this bank has the worst customer service ever...
