System never seems to be updated. The workers don't know how to answer simple questions. I switched over to vystar. The best decision I ever made.

Becky was so great, she took her time and helped me. Been a long time since I have felt like a bank really cared about the customers. I had tried another bank and the young lady who stops you at the door , acts like she is trying her best to make banking of any kind unpleasant. After my father died my mother and I dealt with her non caring blank looks. But Becky went above and made me actually fill like a person!!! Thank you First Federal!!!!

We have had a lot of accounts with First Federal, from mortgages, land investments, and personal checking. This bank is the best one I’ve ever used! Cyndi Ray is awesome for new mortgages and Becky Brown is amazing for HELOCs/personal accounts. Both of these ladies have gone above and beyond for us and have always responded promptly to anything we have needed. I’m so happy to be with a bank that I can talk directly to someone if I need anything! We look forward to having a continued relationship with this amazing branch. I hope they come to Clay county soon! Becky and Cyndi, you are seriously the best!

Breanna Boatright is a true professional! She made me feel 100% comfortable during the preapproval process at First Federal Macclenny, FL branch. It’s rare to find a branch where you can meet face to face with someone to go over a mortgage loan preapproval. Breanna was available to take my calls, and prompt in returning calls. She is so polite and friendly! Breanna is the definition of Superior service!!

I have been with FF for almost 5 years. I have moved away from Florida and refuse to change banks. They have a great mobile banking app, free atm locations all over. Their best assets most is their customers service hands down. From the tellers to account managers they all treat you like family, no matter time of day or contact method. I love my account manager Becky and will not change banks for any reason.

Just wanted to give a shout out to one of the First Federal employees. Over the past 2-3 months I have had several opportunities to be directed to the desk of Becky Brown in the Macclenny office. I was having problems such as my online banking account, problems with my escrow account, assistance needed concerning a large wire deposit that hit my account, etc. Each time she answered the phone promptly, and truly went out of her way to treat my rather small issues as though they were just as important as any others. Her determination to get to the bottom of the problem as quickly as possible really spoke volumes to me! What great work ethics!

The first experience (besides opening my acct) that I had at First Federal was a horrible experience! The young lady working the drive through had a bad attitude and was not very willing to help. She only helped because she had to. She never answered the call button when I pushed it. Can you please check the call buttons and make sure it works?
