I feel they went above and beyond to do everything they could to help things go as smoothly as possible. Hawke was always there with any questions we had or changes we needed to make and followed up promptly, as well as asking often if there was anything else they could do for us. They actually listened and provided exactly what we asked for. My grandmother looked beautiful, even in death and I'm forever grateful to them for paying attention to the details of what we wanted and giving us just that. It gave us a sense of peace which means the world! I'm so very thankful for their compassion and excellent care during our loss. ❤️”
