My coolant light came on a I went in the store in Macclenny, Fl.. the store manager Eric assisted me with the right purchase as well as put it in for me. He also taught me how to check it and how and when to open the top. I am very thankful

The folks that work here are genuinely nice and eager to help. They are knowledgeable about automotive parts and products. I will not go to ANY other auto parts store in town where all they know what to do is look up my year, make, and model. If O'Reillys doesn't have it, they can find it or an alternative.

Went in to find a replacement for an obscure vacuum hose that was unavailable at two other auto part stores. I did not find it here either, however, the woman behind the desk went above and beyond all the other parts stores bringing me back to see the inventory and even researching online to find the exact hose that was needed. She didn't just turn me away and really did her best to help. Seems to be a rare occurence to find help like that.
