Worse internet available. I'm at Beacon Point Townes the force us to use this crappie internet I wish they would let us have comcast. The router is located in the garage which is poor design by all means. The customer service is slow to respond if they even respond at all.

Great service and fast, reliable, internet and wifi. I'm using it from Beacon Point Townes. So much better than the Xfinity service I had before. Customer service is very responsive. I had one issue with one site connecting and they diagnosed that and fixed it even though I'm probable the only customer here in the complex that's using it.

Worse internet service ever! The internet randomly goes out all day long. I cannot wait to move from Westlake with Suncoast. We were basically forced to use this company. Where is Comcast when you need them. Never again!

I have had my internet service with Setel for over a year and if I could give them 100 stars I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! KEEP up the EXCELLENT WORK/SERVICE Setel! ??
