Well this is not the first time this has happened to me, I get a text message saying my prescription is ready for pick up, So I drive a 20 mile round trip to pick one prescription up and they tell me you can't pick it up until tomorrow, So why the hell did you send me a text message telling me it's ready for pick up, I'm going to call my insurance to see if they cover Walmart pharmacy or cvs, So sick of Walgreens B******** Living on ssi that's a lot of gas being wasted, Very pissed of customer, and I have been going there for years for meds

Not pleased with this store. This is the second time I have had problems with getting the correct change back. Went in for milk 2.99. My change was 7.01. The dude gave me 7.00 in bills with no pennies back. Granted it was a penny nothing much but it should have been my choice whether he keeps that penny not his. If he can't count back change then he should not be a cashier. Not the first time they have had money issues. I'll go to CVS. Never had a problem there. I'm old school and know what change to give back. When I asked him what he was going to do with the penny he said did I owe you a change. I believe it was witnessed by a tall black man that looked like a manager.
