Wait times to speak with someone in the pharmacy are ridiculous! 28 minutes later and I'm still on hold.....

The answering service is garbage!. People in pain that need to speak to a human and cannot make that connection. And then, when the damn thing does get to ring the pharmacy, it hangs up! Without warning!! Every time i call!
