Always a great experience at this Walgreens! The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, whether I’m picking up prescriptions, grabbing essentials, or using the photo center. Fast service, convenient location, and dependable every time. Highly recommend!

Do not call the pharmacy because they REGULAR TO ANSWER. They will pick up, quickly say hold and keeping repeating this until you hang up. I was on hold for 7 minutes and 22 seconds when I decided to drive from my home, which is way down SR121, up to Walgreens. I was still on hold when I entered Walgreens. I watched the pharmacy tech cycle through my call. She was helping one cat in the drive thru. All that only to be told me medicine isn't in stock and I have to wait on the truck. Which was never my question. I had a question on insurance price versus Good Rx prices.

The answering service is garbage!. People in pain that need to speak to a human and cannot make that connection. And then, when the damn thing does get to ring the pharmacy, it hangs up! Without warning!! Every time i call!

Never any help with the pharmacy,never any of my medications in stock,never have refills,and never care or contact to try and prevent these issues later. Worst pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life. I have submitted complaints to corporate and will be contacting the BBB about their practice and methods of customers medications they make people go without at great cost to their health.

Just bad business maybe next time when you got people at both registers waiting for 10 to 15 minutes and the one person supposed to be running it is out talking to somebody else maybe considering hiring a person to stay back there and check out you just lost about $80 for me because nobody wanted to help me out at all so this is the only time I leave bad reviews is when you deserve it get your act together

I live in a small town and it's either Walgreens or CVS.
Even though I have been a Walgreens customer for over 20 years, it might be time to switch to CVS.
They were out of my very common blood pressure medication, which normally isn't a big deal, but this situation was urgent.
There was no concern and absolutely no effort put towards helping me.
The next closest walgrerns is 30 miles away.
I asked if they could verify the closest one had it, since I would be driving through Hurricane Denby to get the medication.
I was told I could call them or wait until after 3 pm tomorrow when the truck came in.
Horrible, pathetic and just sucky customer service. Just sucky.

I have never had such a hard time reaching a person to talk to about my prescription as I have the Walgreen's in Macclenny Fl. I called in two refills yesterday and I have called 3 times today to just see if they are ready before I drive 6 miles to Walgreen's and have been put on hold 3 times totalling 30minutes and the recording kept saying there was only 1 person ahead of me and then a man answered and quickly said "please Hold"! This is pathetic!!! I moved to Baker County 3 months ago and was accoustomed to superlative service while I used the Walgreen's in Waycross Ga... I will be changing pharmacies very soon!!

On 5/22/24 went to pickup my prescriptions, I'm at the pharmacy pickup lane with a customer ahead of me, as customer ahead turns to leave an I walk up. I'm told there closed and it's 7:00 pm on the dot. I understand there's a closing time but I'm in line an no one behind me. Very unprofessional an laughing as I turn to walk out. I'll be changing pharmacy an not step foot in another Walgreens anywhere. Big companies just don't care about customers anymore.

I used to think they were a good pharmacy today I went in there told them I did not need my Met Forman. She did not tell me that she put metformin in my bag charge me for three months of metformin $25 almost after insurance and refuses to refund my money because she wants to screw the insurance company and doesn’t want to do her job. The employee was rude when I came back in there the manager did nothing don’t bring your scripts to this company, I’m moving all of mine And I’m going to the bank to let them know about the scam they’re doing and I’m gonna call every insurance company and let them Know that they are scamming

It’s been 3 weeks to the day now and they still do not have my medication. Thank GOD it’s not “life” saving. But every few days I stop by to ask about the medication only to hear “ we are still waiting on a shipment”UPDATE: After 4 weeks they finally told me they do no carry this medication so they made me wait a whole month to tell me. Went to Walmart.
