It’s been 3 weeks to the day now and they still do not have my medication. Thank GOD it’s not “life” saving. But every few days I stop by to ask about the medication only to hear “ we are still waiting on a shipment”UPDATE: After 4 weeks they finally told me they do no carry this medication so they made me wait a whole month to tell me. Went to Walmart.

Had nine new scripts sent to Walgreens in Macclenny on Friday, Sept. 8, due to the pharmacy at Winn Dixie closing soon. I found out that Walgreens doesn't except Caremark, so on Monday , Sept. 11. I had another local pharmacy, request Walgreen to transfer my scripts and I stopped at Walgreens and personally asked that the scripts be transferred. As of Thursday morning the scripts still had not been transferred. I called Walgreens Thursday evening, and stayed on hold for over 30 minutes until the pharmacy closed and they hung up on me. Will be there in person tomorrow. Find another pharmacy and save you a lot of stress. They will not get any of my business in the future and I will try to save others some stress. I give them .10 star.

Wow what a terrible place to get information. The Pharmacist an older lady sitting on a stool who could care less about your question. Duval County School Police no longer has CVS on their health plan. The have Walgreens and I was told by this lady they could not pull my history. What a lie. They can pull my vaccination history. I will never step inside a Walgreens ever again.what a lazy Pharmacist. She didn't ask for my ID nor did she ask for the records I had in my hand. I will be contacting Corporate.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! CALLED 6 TIMES TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE IN PHARMACY TO FIND OUT WHERE MY MEDICINE IS THAT I HAVE TO HAVE IN TWO DAYS THAT MY DR SENT IN YESTERDAY AND THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! AND WHEN THEY DO ANSWER THEY PICK UP THE PHONE AND HANG IT BACK UP! WORST PLACE EVER

So horrible to deal with. Short hours of pharmacy. Extremely aggravating to try to speak to anyone. I have used walgreens pharmacy for over 15 years but this Macclenny one is absolutely the worst!

Don't get your covid vaccine from here. They are very unprofessional. My husband had an appointment to get his booster shot today at 9:30 a.m. apparently they changed their hours so now he has to come back at noon. They have plenty of opportunity and time to notify him to let him know not to come in at 9:30 a.m..No common courtesy at all. Our time is valuable too. Do not offer vaccines if you are not going to hold up your end of the bargain with appointments. The same thing happened to me too. No common courtesy to call and cancel the appointment. I would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone.CVS knows what they're doing and they notify patients when something changes with the schedule.So many bad reviews I cannot believe Walgreens corporate is not looking into these issues. Something needs to be done about this particular Walgreens.

This Walgreens is very unprofessional. I scheduled my first covid vaccine I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time.They have the audacity to tell me that they left the refrigerator open overnight and I can't get my covid vaccine I can come back in a couple hours maybe and try again.I have a life too. People have to sometimes take off of work to have this done and you don't even have the professional common sense to call me and cancel my appointment? How many people are you going to turn away without calling them. What a major inconvenience we can't go and walk in the store whenever we feel like it we actually have to work for a living to buy groceries and my time is valuable just like yours. Unprofessional unprofessional unprofessional common courtesy is what needs to be done and when I ask a question and talk to the manager oh oh we're sorry. You don't care about the customer enough to call them.I am taking all my business to CVS!

I received a text last week stating that my prescriptions that I get filled there for my dad, would be ready next week. I tried calling for days and I mean days only to get a busy signal. I finally got through and got connected to the pharmacy and there were two calls ahead of me, then one call ahead of me, then 20 minutes later I was still on hold and no one ever picked up so I hung up. I was calling to let them know I did not need any refills for him at this time. My next text will probably tell me that they’re ready for pick up. But they will just sit there until I need them in a couple of months. It’s not like I haven’t tried to get a hold of them to let them know. I gave this a one star because someone always greets me when I walk through the door. But the pharmacy is truly lacking in customer service.
