I called for a prescription that I had but called the wrong county but the gentleman that answered my call was still able to pull up information from the other county and tell me exactly what I needed to do.

The pharmacist is great. Always willing to answer questions. The rest of them....not so much. Otherwise I would have rated higher.

I wish I would have never switched to this pharmacy. Going back to my previous pharmacy. They take forever filling my prescriptions. They even hold some of my meds and put me way behind on schedule. Flat out ridiculous.

I’ve usually never had a problem here up until yesterday. I was prescribed 2 prescriptions and I was able to get the first one but the second one they proceeded to hold because they said they weren’t comfortable with the dosage on it (as if they were the ones who prescribed it to me). I called my Dr back and told her what was going on and she was kinda irritated cause that’s not their place to decide. So AFTER she calls them and gives them the clear to give it to me, they try to charge me money for it which is covered under my insurance. They used some excuse about the lady who prescribed it to me wasn’t the right provider which doesn’t make sense cause how was I able to get the first one? They BOTH were prescribed by the SAME lady. My Dr is very upset.

Customer Service here needs some serious training. The young lady at the desk immediately started investigating the brand-new alarm system and camera that I returned. I chose to install an alarm system from a large reputable company instead. The alarm system was taken from inside of a case and given to me. I went home. Opened then changed my mind. She claimed that the sku on the box did not match one of the items in the box. Obviously, the manufacturer has a package sku and the individual items has it's own sku. I get that there are dishonest people but there are also sincere customers that have better things to do than attempt to defraud you. I went to the original store that was having construction done previously and with no issue they processed my refund. Basic customer service fail.

This staff are busy and the phone rings almost constantly. Yes, you usually get put on hold because there are other people that called and they are working to resolve them first. There is usually one pharmacist (sometimes two) working to fill/verify/consult every single script. How many customers do you think use this pharmacy?? The answer? The majority of the population in Macclenny (and surrounding areas in Baker County). I find the staff (Crystal, Marie, Justin to name a few) very helpful and caring. I’ve personally seen Justin (pharmacist) track down products, call doctors, hospitals and care providers for elderly customers whom seemed unable to conduct business or forgot what they needed or came to the pharmacy for in the first place. This pharmacy is busy, there is usually a line to pick up, and yes that is annoying, but when it’s your time at the counter they will take time to assist you and answer any questions you may have. Also, I have problems with my scripts from time to time, however in EVERY case the error was not the fault of the pharmacy, rather with my doctor and how they call in the script. Another thing to keep in mind is the fact that just about all businesses are short staffed. This pharmacy trains many new assistants but they don’t always keep them. Many are sent to fill positions at other stores. Please be patient (no pun intended), remember the vast amount of people they service and when it’s your turn, ask the questions you want answered. It is a great team and I believe they are doing their very best.

Not sure why everyone is having such a bad experience here.I have found them to be helpful, friendly, and kind. They are overworked but never rude to me. I am glad to have transferred my prescriptions to this Walmart from CVS. If you want to see how rudly and unprofessional you can be treated, try CVS out.

Came in about 15min before close, and they had put my medications back up the day before & said they couldn’t fill them tonight, but they can tomorrow. Today’s my birthday & my grandmother died at 5:30am this morning but I still got up & went to work, and was supposed to get off at 6pm. But I didn’t get to leave till 6:40 to get to the pharmacy, cause I still had to do my job. But they can’t take 10min to do theirs. I also can’t pick up tomorrow cause I’m leaving tonight to go to Texas for family/ my grandmother’s service for her passing. Sh*tty situation all the way around, but they definitely wouldn’t take 5 min to help. So don’t ever expect them to help you beyond the bare minimum they have to.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY- they’re are better options with BETTER service and equally inexpensive. They are VERY RUDE and INCONSIDERATE of customers-working customers. They are rude on the phone, rude in person and never return from lunch breaks on time - not cool when time is limited for working customers. After many years of being a Walmart pharmacy customer I will take my business elsewhere. Apparently they have too much business here to care about the individual customer and our needs.

This Walmart location is worth the drive you have smiles from the employees. I love the fact how small the town is and they no each other. We tried the subway out here it was okay. The food isles in the store where not packed like most Walmart's..
