VERY FRUSTRATED!
I opened an account get home and the folder I'm given has no deposit slip, no account information!
I call the bank over a two hour time frame a total of seven times, and recording states their too busy call back later!
No way to look up my account number on line!
HORRIBLE EXPIERECE!!!!!
Ill be finding another bank!

They keep doing down and down. Have been trying to renew a CD for two weeks and NO ONE could help or call back. Screw them, transferred to savings and out the door to another institution.

I've been using the bank for my direct deposit since 2008 when I lived in Broward County Florida and I moved here to the Gulf Coast and I found this bank less than a mile away and I am happy to be this close. Thanks for your help and support. Linda Garrison

Chase has been my bank for 15 years. I used to go to West Bay. They moved to East Bay and Clearwater Largo Road. Everything is pretty much do it yourself there now. Alot of those origional group moved to East Bay and Belcher or Indian Rocks sort of in the tri-corner of Ulmerton and across the street from Indian Rocks in I think its Barrington Shops. They have an H@R block where I filed my taxes for years. But, there is a Chase Bank at Seminole Mall a standalone Bank. Off of 113th. And Park Blvd. This is a family started Chase Bank they have a book in the waiting area of the pictures of the bank being built and the family establishing it. They are a good family. I like Chase Bank because it's open on Saturday. They look out for you. They have good security. And quite frankly I think J.P.Morgan Chase Bank will be here for long term as they have for about 15 years now.

Used to be good service, but over the years, it has gone down hill. They can't keep people at this branch, good or bad ones, so there is no continuity. They used allow their employee to witness signatures to get something notarized, no more. They just changed managers AGAIN!

I love the ATMs that dispense the exact denominations of bills requested! All requests in the lobby were handled promptly and professionally with positive results.

This is by far the worst bank we have ever bank at. They do not follow their own policies and have horrible customer service. Also they do not make deposits available on the day stated. Due to their irregularities in their own policies and crappy customer service we will be closing all of our personal and corporate accounts. As a local do not bank with Chase. A lot of the positive reviews left have been by Bank employees.
