Krystina was absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to find a bathing top for me that fit. I can’t even remember how many we tried on but she found the perfect fit for me and I am grateful love my new bathing suit top.

So I don't usually do reviews but I could not leave this alone, so I go to John's pass every other year and truly love shopping at the local stores on the pass, well I went in to Coolstyle Tuesday or Wednesday night one of them and met the most respectful young man I have ever met in my life kudos to who ever raised him because that young man has more respect and customer service in his little finger than that female manager has in her whole body. Let me explain why, I went back in there because of the experience I had with the young man prior but instead this time I had the worst experience in my adult life. So I am a bigger women with that being said I am gonna explain why since the female manager felt the need to tell me she use to weigh 300 pounds, see I have cancer and I am allergic to chemo and radiation so the only thing I can take are steroids and whole bunch of other meds to help me get through my days now are we beating it at this specific time yes we are but anyone that knows cancer knows that it can change in blink of an eye, so now that's over let's get to the root of this whole review. I was in Coolstyle looking and that manager lady without hesitation came up to me with not how are we, how's your day or where you are from nothing, except I was shopping in the wrong area ( kind of like a pretty women moment ) and she quickly assured us that what I was looking at was not gonna fit and I need I needed to be looking in the plus size section ( the plus size section ) and then when I got upset she then proceeded to inform that she used to be 300 pounds that there was no need to get upset so needless to say I got upset left the store and went to the next store even though I was crying I was determined not to let it get to me to bad I was gonna enjoy my day, but boy was I wrong. I went into the next store ( which I might add smelled like someone just lite one up in the back stock room somebody was high as a kite ) which I think is called sand and soul the one right next door and must be owned by the same people because that manager was in there talking to I am guessing that manager about me and what had happened which made it even worse for me. So I decided to just leave and go back to the condo and I thought about it and cried because I don't understand people I know we live in a world where people do not know how to be kind and she is a prime example of how un kind people can be. She is like a retail bully if you don't fit a certain image you can't shop here, now if you go in there and ( I believe he is a manager or at least he acted like one) now if he is there you are gonna get the best experience of your life and he is gonna to totally amaze you with respect and manners he has he was absolutely amazing my husband was so hesitant about me making this post because my experience wasn't all bad it was just the female manager that works in there the whole reason for this post is never judge people by the way they look because you never know their story. Because I wasn't even shopping for my self I was shopping for my daughter but it's all good, because this too shall pass, but just be kind. I truly hope the owners see this and give credit where credit is due because that young man like I said I think he was the manager also, I just want you to know that he is an amazing young man and he cares about your store and your customers..

I wouldn’t even waste your time walking in here, don’t even waste a penny on their discount rack. They say no returns and they’ll exchange but what they won’t tell you is that you’re going to spend $50 on one item that is literally going to fall off your body. I have never returned something after wearing it but when you have a romper on for 2 hours and it becomes see through, rips when adjusted and busts at the seams something needs to be said about that. Manager on hand was rude when she realized we weren’t purchasing anything. Boardwalk money trap.

Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Let's face it, a lot of the clothing shops have the same brands and styles. This place was actually helpful and we were able to find some functional and stylish shirts to keep the sun off while fishing. Thanks so much !
