The pharmacist flagged a possibly fatal drug interaction that the prescribing doctor had missed. Please don't change to a central location filling orders. You see why it's important to keep this local. Screw the stock holders; your job is to serve the customers. And give your workers a raise. Did I say screw the stockholders. And cut your CEO's pay in half. No one is worth that kind of money.

The minute clinic here is awful. The sign on the front door says walk-ins welcome no appointment necessary. We went in 1/2 hr after they opened and the kiosk wouldn't let you sign in. The nurse practitioner came out of the exam room and we questioned her about getting seen for a skin rash and she was completely clueless about how to check in or be seen. She just kept saying what ever the computer says is the way it is. She was the only person responsible for minute clinic at this location and was completely incompetent to make an educated decision or help a customer. There was no one waiting to be seen, the store was empty and she could have fit us in to be seen ,but she said because the computer said no, she couldn't do anything. Completely worthless, I will not use minute clinic or CVS again.

So I'm pretty sure I have strep throat. Showed up here to get tested. Made an appointment. The appointment wasn't available till much later than I wanted and it was way farther away from my apartment than i wanted but i patiently waited. I drove 25 minutes one way to get there. The lady seemed very nice and she warned me of the insanely expensive price to get a strep throat test. Glad she warned me but she told me about a free health care clinic that would test me for me. She hinted that it would be smart for me to save my money and go there. So I left. I was glad she warned me. Now it's the next day and I called that free health care clinic and after having me on hold for 20 minutes they told me they don't do strep throat tests. So basically I drove all the way to cvs for nothing and I need to drive all the way back but they have no appointments open at all today. I completely wasted my appointment because she told me some untrue information

I would give zero stars if I could. The "doctor" there made me wait an hour and a half because I was stuck behind someone who didn't know how to use the kiosk and because of that I checked in a few minutes after my appointment time. No greeting, no explanation, she didn't even look to see that I was #1 on the list, and when she finally called me in she argued with me about when I got there. Don't waste your time.

The pharmacy here is BY FAR the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The “Manager” of the pharmacy Jason Carr is rude, condescending and could not care less about customer service. This is now the third bad experience I’ve encountered, and when speaking to him, he told me “if you don’t like it, take your business elsewhere”. He called me a liar to my face even though the actual CVS app showed my RX was filled two days ago. I showed him the texts and on the app, and he said “not my problem that’s wrong”. I’ve never encountered such a rude, obnoxious person that works in retail in my life. Corporate needs to look into this employee and terminate him.

My husband had a medical issue that arose during our trip. The Minute Clinic was there to help. The ARNP was professional, empathetic and trustworthy. Thank you for Minute Clinics.

I went there for some test just to be told they couldn't do that kind of test there when I scheduled it online. If they can't do it, it really shouldn't be a service offered.

After a terrible experience at CVS on 54th street we drive to Madeira Beach for our covid vaccine. Nick, the nurse practitioner, greeted us immediately with pleasant smile and personality. He made my husband and myself laugh while he was preparing us for the shot. He was gentle and we would go back if we needed any other minute clinic service! The store was clean and has lots of merchandise to shop afterwards.

Minute clinic ? I had an appointment for rapid testing at 340 at this location. I had to drive over an hour from Ruskin because it was the only location with an available time. I arrived at 343 just 3 minutes late and this lady doesn't walk out of the tent until 347pm says I can't see you because your late they are every 10 minutes and I am already ready for the next patients! Even though we were the only ones in the parking lot. Unbelievable rude and no consideration for anything. Never go here what a waste of time!

I will never come into this store again. The cashier was putting me to sleep just watching her. Several people left because the line was so long that they left with the items without making purchases. 3 elderly people towards the front of the line the First Lady took forever to make her purchase the 2nd went off to find something else then after the First Lady brought up a newspaper to purchase and then started counting out her pennies. For the add on purchase. I did not notice the self serve register until another women went around the line with her arms full to purchase multiple items which she had multiple coupons for and was finished before the cashier finished the lithe next persons 1 item. I then went to the self checkout and the machine gave me a problem there was not enough room to bag your items and then I could not proceed with payment so I grabbed my credit card and left with no purchased. 45 minutes later. What a s*** show!

If I could give this CVS zero stars, I would. It really has nothing to do with CVS. I'm sure their staff is great. The issue I have is with parking. I posted an satellite view photo. The yellow highlighted spots are clearly marked as pay parking for the beach. Although when those spots are full, the signs sit just below hood level and aren't easily seen. But they're there. The part of the parking lot highlighted in blue is clearly marked as tow away zone if you aren't a patron of CVS. That's fine too. Without order, people will park wherever they want. And your customers have no parking. I own commercial real estate. I've dealt with it first hand. The problem I have with this location is the 8 spots highlighted red. They are not marked at all. No tow away warning and no public pay parking sign. And they're close enough to the pay parking to look included. We paid and parked there. As we were unloading our group a young couple approached us and said their car had been towed from these spaces even though they paid to park. Minutes later a city parking maintenance van pulled up and warned us to move. Nice guy. He informed us that the owner of this CVS location had 37 cars towed the day before. He commented that they were just taking peoples money at $400 per tow. The young couple pointed out the plain clothes parking lot attendant calling in tows for the owner. He waved. It wasn't friendly. It was more of a "yeah, I'm the guy" wave. We got in our van and while pulling out saw an police officer with the young couple and parking attendant arguing. I approached to ask the officer how it was legal that they could do that to people. He offered no comment. So I asked the attendant (who was wearing a hat with 4 letter profanity on it) why the spots weren't marked. He argued that it was common sense because the lot is marked as private property at both entrances. The entrance to the lot was marked. But you have to enter the lot to get to the pay parking. Turns out the CVS owner owns the pay parking too. Interesting. The attendant was terribly rude and unprofessional. It's obvious they have a racket going with the tow company. Leave 8 spots unmarked and tow, tow, tow. It doesn't matter if you paid to park. Those are unmarked CVS spots. How much are you getting paid on each tow Mr/Mrs CVS franchise owner? It's bad enough to put a thug with profanity on his hat in your parking lot to call in tows. What's worse is that the city employee knows your game and is warning people. This is not about fair and honest parking compliance. This is a towing racket. CVS should withdraw their franchise or at least penalize this owner. You can't treat people that way. We have a vacation property in this area and I will never go in this CVS. Not for anything. Ever.
