Only giving one star because I have to. We’re on vacation & needed a few things delivered. Paid, got the email confirmation, etc. Then 5 minutes later, received an email our dish sponge was out of stock. Rather than the store replacing the dish sponge with another option, they remove it from the cart. I call the store to ask if they can just replace with another & they said I have to place a whole new order. Not paying another delivery fee for one dish sponge. Get your act together CVS.

This is an absolute shame and a total set up. Tricking people into parking on your lot and paying 20.00 per hour to the city on top of it. This happened to me and at least 40 people yesterday alone. 200 to get your car back from A-1 Recovery and this has been going on for a few years now. Someone making about 10,000 per-day on this scam. Police in the lot because people don't know if their car was stolen. Families visiting Madeira Beach to get scammed and they will not label spots appropriately and you dont even realize until you come back from the beach what happened. I will never go to a CVS again. These people are hired by CVS to sit and watch then tow you They found a way to get away with this. No one cares. . ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IS POST A SIGN PARK ON THIS SIDE ONLY AND PAY 20.00 AT THE KIOSK. Its misleading to anyone there for first time and you know this!!! This is a huge parking lot. One of the biggest I have seen for a CVS. Yall know what your doing. You have probably kept many people from returning to your area. Seems like with all the shops still closed down you would be welcoming visitors but i guess the fast cash for the tow company is priority

Visit Madeira beach 4-5-25 Paid for parking just to return from the beach and found my car had been towed off by CVS. It’s there thing, they are joined A1 recovery towing company. I have contacted 8 on your side and asking those who have been victimized by the establishment to do the same. They are towing outside of their 1100 c 1500 square feet parking lot. If you do your research there are many people working from rooftops taking pictures of towing company relocating vehicles to around the corner until the next truck becomes available to snag your car
I will never shop at any CVS again

CVS Madeira Beach is HEARTLESS!
There is Parking for the Beach in a large Parking lot next to CVS. Many visiting beach goers are parking their car in the Parking Lot, paying at the kiosk only to have their cars towed. We all paid to park, everyone of us that got their cars towed.
This is on CVS!!! No clearly visible signage saying this is CVS ONLY PARKING!! No way to know this.
CVS you are mean spirited and raking in monies through the tow company.
CVS IS HEARTLESS! Where is your signs communicating that this is your parking lot.???? Oh, that small sign that is blocked from view by the column next to it? We went looking to see after we got our car back if there was any indicator of our error. Fix this !! It’s on you!!
A wedding party got their cars towed, a family with small children and a pregnant mommy, an elderly couple, a family of three and my husband and myself included. These are the ones that we could see. How many times does this happen without you seeing you are responsible? All of us vacationers. No one from here. This is on you CVS.
We are all out money for Uber to the drop off plus paying to get our cars back even though we parked in a lot that DOES NOT indicate where not to park cars for the beach.
Shame on you CVS!!! You must have been watching your camera feed of the parking lot and had cars towed one right after another!!

If I could give this parking lot zero stars, I absolutely would. This CVS parking lot, which should be an easy and affordable option for beachgoers, is a complete scam. Not only is the signage misleading and deceptive, but the entire experience is designed to take advantage of unsuspecting patrons.
First off, the tow-away signs are strategically placed in a way that makes it incredibly hard to know where you can park. It feels as though they're intentionally trying to confuse people into parking in the wrong spots so they can charge them outrageous fees or tow their cars. If you're not paying close attention, you might end up in a spot where they can hit you with an unexpected $300 charge after uber and towing fees or $70 for 4 hours of parking. This isn't New York City or Miami--we're talking about a beach parking lot in Madeira Beach, so there's absolutely no reason for such absurd fees.
I was also quoted $9 extension times for parking, only to be forced into paying a 2 hour minimum of $35. That's a classic bait-and-switch tactic. On top of that, the total fees ended up being an outrageous $300 for a single day of parking. The absolute worst part?
This whole experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I'll never step foot in Madeira Beach again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this CVS parking lot at all costs--it's nothing but a money grab disguised as a convenient parking solution. Thanks a lot, Madeira Beach, for teaching me that some places just don't deserve my business. I'll be sure to let everyone know how awful this place is.

After a day of fun at the beach, we were feelin’ a little hungry. It was 8:00 and none of us had eaten anything since lunch. We drove for about 20 minutes looking up restaurants and couldn’t find many. We stopped at one, but it was a tad unusual. A lady sitting at the bar told us we had to walk straight through the crowded kitchen to get to the seating area. We walked back and the lady sitting at the desk said it would be a 35-45 minute wait. None of us could wait that long. We left that place in a hurry. We parked in an empty lot to look up restaurants. We soon found a great looking place a few minutes down the road. We pulled into the parking lot and were granted a seat. The waiter was very nice and funny. When we were ready to order however, it was not him that came, a waitress took our order. Soon after we ordered other people sat down right next to us. We waited for 30 minutes and none of our food came-not even our salads! The funny thing was, that the people next to us had got their food. A half hour later we hadn’t gotten our food yet, and they were receiving their bill. The restaurant had closed now and we weren’t even eating yet. Finally we got our salads, but my son doesn’t like salad. He was looking a little sickly. Another 5 minutes went by and our waitress finally came and told us that our order had been lost! After 20 minutes our food came. While we were eating, we talked about how the place we stayed had no rags and my niece forgot to pack socks too. We paid for the food and left the restaurant. Near by, we spotted a CVS. It had taken so long to get our food that it was 10:40. Luckily the CVS closes at 11:00pm. We walked in and got loofas, to shower with instead of rags, and we got socks and a mini toothpaste for my niece. The cashier was a very nice lady. She was even from the same state as us! The bathroom is quite nice and spacious. We love CVS!

A hurricane ravaged community, businesses parking community all turned upside down. And to see CVS making money by hauling cars off there lot! Just shows how much they are about money and NOT community!! This is senless and reckless to everyone they serve!!! Do not patronize them. Thankfully I was only observing this and not a part in it. Sad to see this is the way they help rebuilt there community, you should be ashamed of yourselves! I really never seen it quite like this I've been sitting a t a rooftop restaurant watching for an hour now. They've pulled off 12 vehicles from the lot hid them within 50 yards of where they parked. Not they get to pay the piper to have there vehicles returned! Shameful way to make money. Shameful way to show a beat down community such hate and recklessness. Breaks my heart thinking about how easy it could have been to relax and enjoy a day on the beach. You ruin these lives for the day, you have a massive lot in fact one of the few that could help give access. You chose to be ruthless and money grabbing instead of helpful to those around you.

Great location in Madeira Beach. All your beach needs plus everything else you would expect at a drugstore.

Is the most organized, clean, fresh and friendly CVS that I’ve ever been. Adria received us with a smile and she was so helpful and professional. I love it. Fully recommend it.

Did they get rid of the Minute Clinic? The site won't let me schedule anything there. That would be an awful mistake if they did that.

Review retracted: I had an issue with the pharmacy, but CVS made it right. I appreciate the pharmacist Terrell for filling my script again as a one time courtesy. I will send my prescriptions elsewhere in the future now that I’m aware of their provider 30 mile radius rule.
Thank you for being understanding! I’m understanding as well. Policies are in place for a reason. It’s unfortunate some people have to ruin it for everyone else, but ultimately I completely understand why! I respect the pharmacy & pharmacist’s decision. They carry a tremendous liability & I do recognize that. Thank you, CVS Pharmacy Staff Members!

Called to verify receipt of a script. No way to get to a live person. After two messages left and no return call, went into the pharmacy, to find that CVS is still a "red flag" and could not fill my script. Wonder why 1) I called before traveling into the area and was told they could now fill my script and 2) why they received the script, acknowledged it but never returned my two phone calls? Unacceptable, and will likely move to Walgreens before our next trip!!!!!

It was busy and a little crowded. But it's a hot spot for beach goers and tourists so that's to be expected.
