“This store has all of the inventory of a big box store, but the employees run towards you to help. Five separate employees stopped to ask me if I needed help while I was looking at one thing. They didn't care if I didn't know what I was doing. They explained it to me. If I did they listened and reassured. What an incredible experience. I don't want to go anywhere else.”

“I've been going here for quite some time. Even when we lived further up the beaches, we would go here. Small store that has just about everything. Knowledgeable people who can help with good recommendations for small repairs by using the right parts and/or tools for the job. Even some eclectic offerings that you can't find in the big box hardware stores. Parking right next to the store, and with the big chair outside, you can't miss it.”

“Lowe's has a lot of the stuff you need and fairly decent help. It's highly organized. Their garden section is fabulous. They have some great deals on plants always look outside in the clearance section because if you have a green thumb you can bring them back to life. Love their potting soil don't have a big selection of organics.... no organic plants very limited selection of organic fertilizers pretty much standard things available here but beautiful every day plants”

“Where do I start..... ? I highly recommend Goodyear for all your hose repairs! As a business owner I know the importance of good and reliable source, especially in a time of need. Not only was it a Sunday, but every other option was closed and with a project that needed to be done you can only imagine how important it was to get back to work. Just when I thought I had struck out, my final and what should have been my first option came through. Not only did Jim open the store to help me, but he also got me in and out without knowing me, or how big of a company I owned. Businesses like these are what we need. Thank you, guys again for helping a fellow business out in a time of need.”
“I love going in this store, there's tons of different projects I could get lost in, all the folks I've met that work there are awesome people, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Also very polite and courteous. I could spend an absolute fortune in there on tools or exotic woods. Veneers, you name it you can find it. I am willing to bet that if you cannot find it in the store, there's going to be someone who can help you out with what you need. There have been other stores that have wood working classes on site, this store may or may not, I have not personally looked into it. Again though, I'm sure someone will absolutely be able to point you in the direction to get you what you need! Thanks guys!”

“This location has the most helpful employees. My grandmother often sends me here for things that are heavy or awkward and employees always come right to my aid and offer assistance without being asked. Today, I needed an item that I was struggling to find. After asking someone for help, they also struggled to find what I was after. He asked where I was headed next and then offered to continue looking and come find me in the paint department if he found it. Sure enough, just as my paint was ready to go, he approached me with the item I needed. My grandmother says she prefers to come here rather than the Lowe's, which is closer to her, purely because they are so nice and helpful to her when she has to shop there on her own. I really appreciate knowing she has stores she can shop that treat her well when I'm not here to help her.”

“I've been coming here for about 6 years, and today, I would like to give a special commendation to Patty. My name is Raz, and I came in to get two rip cuts and two cross cuts on 1/4 inch birch plywood. Patty was busy at the time helping a co-worker with a forklift. I saw she was busy, so I politely asked if someone could make some cuts for me since it didn't fit in my vehicle as a whole 4x8' sheet. Well, not only did Patty come as she said she would when she was done helping her co-worker, she did so with incredibly precise cuts. I was quiet while she cut, because myself I've worked in construction for 25 years now, and I know how important focus is on important cuts. Once she finished, we chatted about the wonderful smell of fresh cut timber, how this was a project for my little hens, and she even suggested First Saturday Lime to repel insects and pests from my hen house. In this age of digital distraction, superficial interactions and busied lifestyles, I am really happy to say we shared such warmth and genuine kindness, she had a calm and friendly attitude, she possessed good attention to detail, and her safety awareness was noticeable. The care she had with the material I was going to purchase was such a considerate touch. She handled everything politely and respectfully, and she was truly such a pleasant individual to speak to. Lowe's, you've done a terrific choice in employee Patty. Patty, thank you so much for restoring my faith in humanity. In this age of Epsteinicism, I can't say how much the little things matter...big time! Thanks again Patty, and bless your wonderful soul.”
“I'm mostly writing this review for two reasons: to compliment the mystery artist that put googly eyes on the advertisement (you know the one), and to recognize a great member of the local team: Fatjona. She not only knew exactly where to direct me when I came in for double-sided tape, but she was funny & kind throughout my whole visit. At the end, I accidentally tried checking out at a staff register because they looked like self-checkout areas. She laughed, told me to "have fun with it", and just helped me at the end to pay for my items. It was a great experience overall!”
“Read this review- This store is the best Harbor Freight anywhere and one of the most amazing employees in all of retail is Mr. Nick.... This man should write the manual on how to treat customers and the rulebook for service. Now I realize that the customer is not always right and that's not the point. The point is this man really cares about his customers and performs at a level in retail that I have never seen. Actually, this is above and beyond customer service especially in a world now where people just don't care and are phoning in their work. I went to two places yesterday and asked where a simple item was and I thought I was talking to Beavis and Butthead at both stores. Nope, just the new normal. Life is hard and everybody is on a mission or has an agenda. So when I go to a place of business. I am only hoping to get what I pay for and some sort of service. Mr. Nick is a solve problem solver!
