DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE.
This is the absolute worst place I have EVER been. I was with my two children, 6 and 3. There was a basket of toys as soon as you walk in, so naturally, as kids do, they start looking through them. The clerk danm near sprints over to us, hovering, never once asking us if we need assistance. Just hovering over us with the meanest mug on her face. I have never felt I was being blatantly judged and watched in a store, but she managed to make us all feel some type of way. Like really, what did she think we were doing I was wondering. And then this happened …
She physically touched my 3 year old and told him to put down the toy (THAT I WAS PLANNING TO BUY) - she RIPS it out of his hand. Starts raising her voice at both my kids almost screaming ‘ NO NO NO NO NO’
They were literally just holding the toys and picking what they wanted. There was no sign that said not to touch the toys. Nothing Indicating these were off limits. I was so upset that all I could do is comfort my now crying child and carry him out of the store. She is lucky I did not call the cops on her for physically touching my child. I will never ever go in there again. I advise you do not either- there are plenty of other stores in John’s pass that offer the same toys with store clerks that are kind and courteous.
I live here and come to John’s Pass often, I have never ever seen anything like this.

Absolutely most rude store clerk ever this morning. Have purchased from here before and needed lid and cup my granddaughter picked out today but will never step foot in this store again! She definitely knows how to make customers feel unwelcome.

Don't go here. They won't tell you that you can't returned their (bad quality stuff) It was not mentioned to me before purchasing items that my purchase can't be returned. please bypass this store. There are more and better options out there.

We were in the store for not even one minute before the woman working was hovering over us as if we were disturbing her store. My daughter was looking at the key chains with me standing RIGHT NEXT TO HER when the employee decided to physically move my daughter by her head and say "move from there" I was so taken aback, I didn't even know what to say. Don't put your hands on people's children. Very uncomfortable situation. Will never shop there again.

Very well stocked, clean well-organized shop with great quality items. I love Tervis tumblers and there was a large selection along with some great accessories. I found a beautiful Madeira Beach large Tervis and was able to get a handle and matching lid for it in the same colors. They also have a great selection of refrigerator magnets and I buy one every time I visit the beach. Customer service was great and I had an overall great experience shopping here.

This store has a big collection and a lot of fervid cups I wish I had the money to buy! The manager was super nice and helpful! Definitely will go back!
