I LOVE this store! I live about an hour from John's Pass and visit every time I am in the area. I bring all of my out-of-town friends here when they come to visit. They have a large selection of clothing that is cool and comfortable for the Florida heat, and it is priced right. I was pleased to meet the owner the last time I was in, thank you for your hospitality, generosity, and wonderful store!

Love the Lulu B clothing line...not available where I live so I loaded up. The girls working there were super helpful..thank you ladies. Now to get everthing in my suitcase and make weight...lol!

I visited the Palms location in Clearwater about 8 months ago...and now the Palms at Madeira Beach and was so please to find Gayle there! She AGAIN recommended a few LuLu pieces l just had to have...so l indulge again. Happily!!! Just love this store and the service and attention l received. Makes me feel like l am the only customer in the shop.I give 10 +stars to Gayle!!! Keep smiling!! I will be back!

I've never been treated so poorly by a customer service rep before. Idk who the little old lady was that was working between 12 and 1pm and I can't repeat what she said to me here as I was leaving without trying on the clothes I left at the counter but I can tell you she was trying to threaten me by telling me her daughter is an attorney. I was able to find a dress I really liked with a return policy that's more acceptable but I will never spend money in this store again. The store I went to was Johns Pass Trading company and they treated me w a lot more dignity.I'm not surprised in your response. I hope people can see the truth in my post. Most times when I have a complaint about a store, they want to make amends and get trust back. Your behavior is also very defensive and strange, therefore lending credibility to my earlier post.

I purchased several Lula B shirts when I was in the mountains of NC. I was so happy to find this store in Florida so I could add to my collection. The fabric is amazing. The styles are wonderful. I just can’t say enough about how much I love this designer and these clothes. Finding the store was one of the highlights of my vacation.

Bought a Navy shirt and was hesitant because navy hard to match, told staff I might be back if it’s not the right color, never told about no refund policy exchange only. I would have never bought. Poor service.

I have been coming to this store for years. Love the quality and beauty of the clothes. They staff is fantastic. No trip to Redington Beach is complete without a visit to Palm Palms.

I LOVE this store! Excellent quality clothing! The staff and owner are incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us all feel comfortable while shopping during the pandemic! I “discovered” Palm Palms in Clearwater last June and HAD to visit the store at John’s Pass on my most recent trip! Fun shopping experience! Great service at both locations!

I have shopped here several times when visiting from IL. Love it, love it love it! Great selection of flattering and comfortable, age appropriate and stylish clothing. Thanks for introducing me to Lulu B! I get many compliments on my rhinestone studded cropped jeans.
