Sandy Shores Condominiums offers a prime beachfront location, with direct access to the white sand and calm waters of Madeira Beach. Guests can enjoy stunning gulf views, particularly during the unbeatable sunsets, and may even spot dolphins from their private balconies. The property is well-maintained, with a dedicated maintenance team that keeps the common areas, pool, and beach clean and tidy. The condos themselves vary in their individual furnishings and amenities, as the units are privately owned. However, many feature updated interiors, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable bedding. Guests appreciate the ample space and home-like feel of the condos, as opposed to a typical hotel room. The on-site property manager, Greg, is praised for his friendliness and responsiveness in addressing any issues that may arise during guests' stays. The location of Sandy Shores Condominiums is a major draw, with the popular John's Pass area, complete with restaurants, shops, and a tiki hut cruise, just a short walk away. Nearby activities abound, including alligator encounters, kayaking with manatees, and deep-sea fishing. Guests also enjoy the convenience of having the beach, pool, and various dining and entertainment options all within easy reach. While a few guests have noted minor concerns, such as dated building exteriors or occasional noise, the overall consensus is that Sandy Shores Condominiums provides a wonderful, no-frills beach getaway, with unbeatable views, amenities, and a prime location.
My family and I rented three units for four nights and had an exceptional stay! The rooms have a great view of the the gulf, the pool was perfect, and John’s pass had all the bars and restaurants we could ever want.

I stayed in unit 305 and it was great. Updated, clean, well stocked. No issues. The pool was open and there are two new grills on the patio. They are still getting furniture on the patio together since the hurricanes but overall a good experience.
