If I could give less than one star I would. First of all they have terrible customer service, this is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for years. One of my friends got charged for an extra item they didn’t purchase. Then my other two friends got charged TWICE for the items they bought and it was back and forth with the employees/ manager who said they couldn’t do anything cause it wasn’t showing a double charge on there end, however it was showing a double charge on my friend’s cards end. This place was just not worth the hassle overall, definitely better off getting your items and souvenirs somewhere else.

?️ Management staff is mentioned below.I was at the Surf Style parking lot in Clearwater on July 16th 2023 around 12:00 pm. I pushed the button on the machine and took my ticket to get through the gate. As I was pulling through the gate the parking lot attendant stepped in front of my truck to hold traffic to allow someone else the ability to back out of their parking spot. Due to where he stopped me, the mechanical gate arm slammed down onto the very back end of bed of my truck scratching the bed of my truck and tailgate in several places. I was advised to take my 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat to a certified repair shop and get an estimate, which I did. I was then told by the parking lot manager (Bruce) it’s too high and I’d only get $500, when my camera and 360 view were damaged, along with the tailgate itself. $500 can’t fix anything on new vehicles, let alone cover the few days of rental I’d need. Lauren the HR General Manager has ignored every single email, text, and call. It is not my fault that my truck is expensive to repair. It has lots of safety features as well as sensors and cameras which cost a lot of money to be calibrated after the paint repair is complete. They hope that I’ll just go away. But I just got my truck and I’m not paying the $2,700 repair due to Surf Style. At this point all I want is their insurance information so I can make a claim and get my truck repaired properly, but no one will answer my calls to even give me that info.

Purchased men's shorts. Asked as it was rung up if they could be returned. Cashier said yes- or at least store credit. Returned next day to return for different size (same short). Manager said it could not be returned because it was considered "swimwear". No netting in the shorts to suggest swimwear- no sign near item to suggest swimwear. And the tags were still on- never worn- and had original receipt. Even though we specifically asked about returning the item. All we wanted was to get a different size! No go. Manager refused. Unbelievable customer service. On top of it- she was rude. I would have at least made an exception for the cashier's mistake. Said "swimwear" wasn't returnable- interesting because it didn't look like swimwear. And all we wanted was another size!

My son made his first big purchase, hey dude shoes. He went back within minutes of purchase for smaller size, those sold so he returned them. He was never told they don’t give you the money back and was not given a store credit. As a parent, I wouldn’t gone back to purchase something at that time because we live in Ohio and flew home a few days later. No resolution made by Surf Style after almost 2 months. I have called the store, customer service, general manager is aware per store with no return call or email. This is theft of a minors hard earned money. We just want the shoe in the correct size at this time or money returned.

Went there after we had an amazing day at Madeira Beach and a nice lunch at The Reef. Stopped her because no one in my family of seven had gotten any souvenirs.The store clerk told my 6 year old “you better out that back” to the souvenir I knew she was carrying as she picked it out.Then my daughter, having a bladder disorder and POTS (a heart disorder) asked if there was a bathroom she got a rude “nope”. No apology, to alternate place to use a bathroom. Nothing. Dehumanizing.We are not some drunk and rowdy frat boys. We were a family that was going to spend a couple hundred dollars. I was looking at a $50 swimsuit, my daughter( the one that heavens forbid had a bodily function, had two $40 sweatshirt. That’s was before I caught up with my husband who was also shopping.I get not having a public restroom somewhat because it’s something else you have to keep up. But one of these days someone is just going to relieve themselves in your dressing rooms.We left with out buying a single thing and will never be back. Went to the 7 eleven down the street, nicest workers you would ever want to meet and a clean bathroom to use.Bottom line yeah some of their stuff is cute, don’t even think have having to go to the bathroom and don’t expect staff to be friendly. It’s all about the money here.

Overall the staff was nice we bought some braclets and shirts from the Air Brush guy we came back in to get out shirts he had someone waiting so we asked one of the employees that was just standing there talking to another one and they both pointed and said no we don't speak English that was a bit odd non of the staff really seemed like they wanted to help you they just had to be there

We always find cool tshirts at this shop! Bright vibrant colors with styles and sizes for everyone!! Their buy 3 get one free deal is great for larger families too! Staff was friendly for having to work on Christmas day too!

Employees are too busy on their phones to help customers.Stock seems to be entirely size 0, so if you need to work off that holiday dessert, this place doesnt seem to stock anything that might fit.Will not waste time returning to this location
