The service and friendliness are great. As soon as you walk in, they are there to greet you! They are very helpful; if they don't have the things you need, they will order them for you!

I was meet at the front door and asked if I needed any help. I was in a hurry and the associate went with me and helped me find everything l was looking for. You just don't receive service like Ace Hardware provides. Thank you for the help and wonderful service.

Was there helping with Church of the Highlands after Helene. Needed some equipment and pvc. Despite the limited selection from the storm, customer service was off the charts and beyond helpful. Was able to make the limited selection work with some creativity.
Very patient and helpful staff.
