Ive never experienced so much hardship from a bank.No customer service. No online support. When I called the over the phone teller it hung up on me, twice.The "Contact Us" section on their webpage doesn't work, its only for show I guess?The customer service was only for card activation.My new card doesn't work and no one can help me.Absolutely no customer service number on the paperwork that came with the card.I have absolutely no access to my money and its a holiday weekend.I cant even check my account online.The person over the phone told me my card is activated but when I go to use it, it says not authorized.Monday im pulling all of my money out of this bank.Completely ridiculous.What if this was an emergency?

Excellent Customer Service-Holly has a great smile . All the employees are Super and eager to help.
