I went right in and met with Tyler and told him I wanted a speedqueen. They had both the models I was interested in on the floor. Tyler took the time to explain the differences as well as the sale that was going on. I picked the unit I wanted and carried it home that day. As a family if 6 we do a lot of laundry- and our new speed queen TR5 does an amazing job of washing clothes. Our clothes are cleaner, faster than before.
