gave me an ingrown toenail. I’m very upset and in pain. Please, unless asked otherwise just cut toes straight across. Also didn’t put much effort in my fingernails (paint on skin/ crooked filing) literally had to go home and refile to make them straight. Very unhappy. I wouldn’t have said anything if it was just a bad paint job but now I’m out of $75 and I’m probably gonna have to go to the doctor. Classy nails down the road is phenomenally better, it had been a while so I wanted to try a new place and this is what I got!

Love getting our nails done here. The nails/polish always last so long and they take their time to make sure it’s perfect. Sweet family business that makes my nail time relaxing and makes me feel beautiful.

Just moved into this area, ran into this nail spa, had a 10 am appointment, and never started on time! As soon as I walked in, there were unpleasant smells! Dirty floors and disorganized! A business license on the wall says it expired in November 2024!

Get rid of the eyebrow service. I came with eyebrows and left with none. I just wanted them cleaned up. How you can look at someone’s brows, see the general shape, and thinks it’s acceptable to give them 90s pencil brows (if that they’re so sparse) is beyond me. I usually only occasionally come here for a pretty basic pedicure, but this on top of hit or miss attitude and customer service, I will save my time and money next time.

Needed something done quickly and not from the area. The service was great and greeted at the door. Decor is beautiful and there are plenty of colors to choose from. Arianna was my nail tech and she's amazing. I highly recommend this place

I went in with a picture of a design I wanted on my phone but after seeing that she couldn’t even file my nails down how I wanted them I just said forget about the design. So I just told her to do a clear coat she proceeded to do a pink looking clear coat which I did not want nor ask for. The lady filed off just about all of my cuticles and scribbled over all my nails with the drill thing.
