Dollie went above and beyond to help me right before closing. There were some minor issues so she had to stay late which I hated. However she did not complain nor show sign of aggravation.

I enjoyed this store. They were very nice. They had some kind of give away thing going on and gave me a pair sunglasses, one those string backpacks, and a cookie. The cookie was very nasty but it didn't affect how awesome the employees are at this store. I'll never waste my time at live oak Verizon again, I'll always go to Madison first

This is the Best Verizon out there. I'm so glad I stopped by here. I hate how the live oak store treats me, the Madison store reps are so genuine and understanding compared to live oak.

I just love this store. I am hearing impaired but this store is so accommodating. They patiently write out everything for me when I have questions and make sure my phone is set up for my video ASL apps when I get a new one. Thank you JJ!
