Closed a store in Frankfort Ky and didn't give any of the employees a heads up until 15 minutes before shutting the doors agree the shift. Completely inexcusable and unprofessional.

3101 Dick Wilson Blvd needs a undercover Boss to get the ribs and brisket back on track they are sooooo tough please fix the problem we play to much money on Family meals to not enjoy the Ribs especially 😡😡

Tried to order lunch plates online but it wasn't available. Called the Ocoee store and explained this to them and was told there is nothing they can do about that. That I would have to come in and order because they don't take orders over the phone. That would take up my entire 30 minute lunch break if not longer. WTH!!!

This is the third time we have ordered from Sonny’s the “Ribs for two”. Now bear in mind we are two people, are we really supposed to share one slice of bread and 1/2 oz of slaw and baked beans? $40???? You gave us plenty of ribs but what the heck on the sides? From now on we go to Georgia Bobs!

The worst experience ever. The cashier Jess was rude , disrespectful and unprofessional at the Palm Coast restaurant. She lacks the ability to communicate effectively. Argumentative with a nasty attitude towards another customer during pick up. Spoke with the Manager on duty Johnathan, didn’t seem surprised. Hopefully he can find secure a more competent employee that doesn’t insult customers.

Robert of Warner robins, Georgia Sonny's I waited on you for over 15 minutes to come to the table from your phone call that you were going to replace my lunch. You never did show up. We walked out. I thought you were a pretty nice guy at first. Better than Brad you at least called me back after I complained to corporate. Promised me a lunch to redo the terrible lunch that I had but you never did show up at my table after telling the hostess and the waitress that I was waiting for you to come to my table before we ordered. Well I guess the drinks were on you because we did order the drinks and we got up and left. There's too many barbecue places around here friend that we can go to that's equal or better than Sonny's BBQ. You just lost about 15 customers being me, my friends, my family and people. I'm going to use this experience as education for lean in six sigma that I teach on the Robbins Air Force Base. You embarrassed me by not coming to my table. We got up and left and went down the street to a Mexican place. We will never come back to Sonny's. I gave you a chance and you didn't take it. Thank you. Take care, prosper.

Sonnys Largo has zero customer service.
Total disrespect for Military/Vietnam Veteran
Guess they do not want Veterans in their location.
Kind of like it was coming back from Viet Nam
That's OK there are other BBQ Joints around

We are at Sonny's BBQ in Perry Georgia and I had the brisket sandwich and my wife had the brisket Philly sandwich. I never knew brisket came as much. It was the worst sandwiches we have ever had. Extremely disappointed. The best thing about the meal was the sweet tea. Ordered Cole slaw never got it. My son in laws burger came out 10 minutes after everyone else got theirs. If I could go lower than a 1 I would. Glad not down that way often.

3/10/24 Went to Oviedo Sonny's to order birthday dinner take-out. Sat at the bar to have a drink while I waited. No drink menus, oh ? no idea, so inquired about beer prices 5.50, inquired about the sonny's 6.00 drinks I rec'd email about and ORDERED, thought I was getting one at 6.00. NOPE, got a 12.00 drink WHEN GOT THE BILL. Was told, not one on the list...Well if you would of had a list I would have known and would have not wasted 12.00. Come on OVIEDO SONNY'S GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER AND QUIT RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMER.

I'm not sure what is going on with the Sonny's located in Vero Beach, FL but we've gone there multiple times and we have not been acknowledged when standing at the hostess stand when we arrived. We stand there at least 10 mins without anyone saying "we will be with you in a moment". We are completely ignored. It takes so long to be greeted or even to get seated. We've been twice in a month and just ended up leaving because if we can't even get seated within 10-15 mins of standing there, we surely wouldn't get served in a decent amount of time. The time, before these last two times, we were able to get seated and eat, it took the same amount or longer to be greeted and seated. We thought, we would sit at the bar to be served sooner since it took so long to be acknowledge. Well....sitting at the bar wasn't any different. It looks as if they only have two or three people on staff and can't handle it. It took approximately two hours to be seated and served. We have never ever had this much of a problem at a Sonny's except the one in Vero Beach. Not sure what is happening with management. We often visit the Merritt Island location and Palm Bay and we do not have this issue ever. Things need to change at this location.

I mentioned how dissatisfied I was with the Inverness location that spoiled my New Year,s treat of ribs as they served me ribs the size of a chihuahua. The corporate office referred the matter to the store owner I guess.Someone from that store called and promised to make it right next time. Yup thank you. Also thank you for spoiling New Years Eve tradition.We are simple folks. We are not into the hoopla of festivities. We are into just enjoying once or twice a year a delicious rack of ribs. We eat mostly at home except when traveling or on New Years Eve. I have yet to see their offer.The ribs were not what Sonny,s is about. In the past when traveling, i can depend on Sonny,s for a decent value meal. Not this time.....The entire rack was extremely petite. My husband said he only knew one animal with ribs this small.......a chihuahua.Amazing how your happiness can be easily altered so badly.
