Stopped in. Stephon asked valid questions, listened to my responses and made suggestions. The place was clean, easily mapped out, carts were provided, pricing reasonable and spacious. Started rental and moving stuff in noticed even other renters were nice. I would recommend this facility.

This review is for the vehicle storage lot. The space is paved and organized. The spaces are tightly packed but there is decent maneuvering room. Customer service was great after my originally assigned space proved unusable for my truck/trailer set up.

I am absolutely amazed at the service I received from Life Storage in Palm Bay, from the initial phone call to the moment I accessed my storage unit. I was scouring the internet for a small storage unit on a Saturday night and was getting frustrated because I couldn’t find what I was looking for. After spending much of my valuable time searching, I decided to call this local storage facility, thinking I might just get a recording or be able to leave a message.
To my surprise, at 8 pm on a Saturday night, I spoke to a real, live person. This company definitely hired the right guy! He was polite, very helpful, easy to understand, and genuinely cared about my storage needs. Within 20 minutes, I had found the unit I was looking for, signed the contract, and made the payment. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
When I went to the storage facility, I used my code to access the building and found my unit with a welcome package already waiting for me. The place was clean, well-lit, and had plenty of carts and brooms with dust pans available for use. I also enjoyed looking at the display in the lobby and learning about the history of the building, very cool.
Thank you for providing such an excellent experience. I highly recommend this storage center to anyone in need of storage solutions!
