I’ve never been to Ace Hardware before but I was looking for hardware stores that offer chainsaw blade sharpening and Ace does! The staff were very helpful and directed me to the counter in the back. My chainsaw blade was sharpened while I waited and it only took about 5 minutes. I was really surprised at the selection of items as I walked around the store. All the employees were really friendly and generally I had a great shopping experience. I drove from the next town over since I don’t have an Ace Hardware but I would return.

Needed a cap for my AC. They had dozens in stock. It’s like they know what the public wants and stock it. Hmmm.

This is the only one in Palm Bay. Compared to the other Ace hardwares, the staff are very helpful. Don't forget to ask for your military discount.

I like to support Ace my parents shopped at Ace and my grandparents. When I entered the Babcock location I was greeted by a young employee. But, he proceeded to follow me as I walked by looking down each aisle. He asked if I was looking for something. I replied yes i'm looking for velcro strips. He said we don't carry velcro strips. Which is strange? Because I got them last month. I just couldn't remember the aisle. I asked him where is the 3M aisle. His reply was.We don't have 3M I don't know what that is. I said, do you have any hooks with strips on the back of it?His reply was yes we have hooks. I asked him to take Me to that aisle. I said thank you and he stood there and continued to watch me as I was choosing my items. Not having any product knowledge.He asked me if I had needed anything else and I said thank you.I know what I need and I'll just get it. So he proceeds to follow me as I go and grab my seasonings for the grill. Then looks at me and says do you need anything else at this point I did not want to shop with him.I wanted to shop on my own so I made my forty dollar purchase of three items and left. I have never experienced shopping like this befour and I never want to again.This is not considered customer service.This is called harassment one someone says thank you.You walk away. I will be going to the ace hardware store on new haven for now on
