I had to get some discontinued plugs for some Trex projects. They hooked me right up and quick shipping too. Local guy said it was impossible to find any but they had everything I needed.

I ordered from this company on a Saturday and they never shipped out my product. They claimed it was due to Thanksgiving but they had 3 days prior to send my product. Once I got a hold of customer service. Jeremy was rude and racist. I told them to cancel my shipment and refund my money. They told me it would take several days for the refund. They never refunded my money, instead they sent me the item I told them to cancel. I ordered this item November 23rd, it's December 6th and I've yet to receive the item or my money!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!! At this point please just refund my money please!!

Deceptive website description of delivery times caused great inconvenience. I placed an order on March 8 with a delivery date of March 13. I received no mention of any delay. When I checked the order status it displayed that it was not yet fulfilled. I contacted their customer service who stated it was not yet shipped and once it is shipped it will be 4-5 business days. This order was needed to complete an important repair and will result is a one week delay on my end. Their customer service could have simply overnight delivered the package but chose instead to save a few dollars and cause damage to their customer. This is not the kind of business I would ever deal with again.
