AT&T has repeatedly taken liberties with our bill over the years, but my recent trip to this store was the proverbial straw. Without going into minutae, Ysmail is great. He's kind, informative & very calm. He isn't the Manager, though.
Bottom Line:
I told her over & over I would only trade my phone if their promotion didn't result in a monthly payment. Period.
That was not the case, of course. They can say whatever they want about me being confused, I wasn't. Simple stuff here. They charged me $150 for a case, a charger & glass on the new phone I returned because they weren't honest & tried to get away with a $5.99/month payment.
AT&T has a dishonest, unethical culture, that's the problem.
This account is my Sister's family plan and it's now going to be 1 line, down from 5. We're FINALLY FIRING AT&T.
