“Had a fantastic experience. Rental car tire had a slow leak. Went in the morning and explained the situation. Lisa explained what they typically do in this situation, how much it would cost if they could patch the tire, and what our options are if we didn't want to fix it with them. They identified the issue (nail in the tire), fixed it within 20ish minutes, sent me pics and a receipt with a description of the issue and fix so I can give it to the rental company. Very professional, friendly, efficient.”

“Awesome people. Something was wrong with the car, it was shaking. We had just driven down from Miami hoping we’d make it to Marathon without breaking down. Stopped at Muffler Man. Jimmy was wonderful. He immediately saw that the rear tire had a bulge. We happened to have a comparable spare. He changed the tire and didn’t want to charge us. They said “that’s what’s we’re here for, to help”. Wow!! We still gave them $$. This, this is what the world needs. I give them a 10/5. Great people. Thank you again.”
