Teller (branch manager) made an error on the amount of my cashiers check (It happens) unfortunately I didn't realize until I had gotten back to work. I went back to have it fixed and asked if the $15 fee could be refunded for my inconvenience. I was told in a very NASTY way "Yes, but I don't have too do it! "I didn't say you did, I'm just simply asking. Thank you."Received my cashiers check and closed my account. Seemed everytime I'd go in there I was met with an attitude. I'll take my business somewhere else.

I had two transactions at the drive through for a deposit and withdrawal and wasn’t given back my license or debit card and didn’t realize until after business hours. When I went back later the next day to see if it was still there the teller didn’t even bother to look for it. Now I have to wait on a debit card in the mail and had to spend money on a new license.

Worst Bank EVER. I was looking for a free or cheap checking account. Apparently they over special deals or whatever if you have both checking and savings account. The lady never even mentioned that as an option. Every other bank I've had has given me a temporary debit card until the real one is mailed. Not this bank! You have to wait "two weeks" which turned into never. I never got the card in the mail. When I called to complain, they insinuated that I was lying because I guess they never make mistakes...and then refused to help me or offer to resend it or anything. Now I've been on hold for the last hour trying to close my account because the bank teller at my local bank won't do it.

1 person works both drive through and counter. Been sitting in the drive thru with 1 car infront of me for 23 minutes now. Horrible

If you could give a .1 that would be our rating. We would give a .5 for doors being open. One teller who works the drive thru AND walk up. YET there are 4 CSR’s who hide before their computer screens who are making sure they make NO eye contact with this waiting in line!! We left and transferred our funds to a local bank! Good luck if you open an account. You’ve been warned.....

This is the worst bank ever, cashing a check is like pulling teeth. We use banks since we don't have time. Still managed to waste our time here. Over an hour of waiting. Seriously. I had to put 1 star to post a review, if I had the chance I would've placed the stars in minus. Runaway and use a better bank.

Ambiguous sorry, we can't help you... We will fee you and take your money. But we won't and can not tell you why. Truly unfortunate world we live in when a bank can take your money and not have to tell you for what or why.

Never had a problem with long lines to see a teller ! ( this is the keys... long lines ?) Friendly staff at this location ! My review is for this location not a rant about the evil bank of America that I'm seeing with other reviews !

The tellers in Marathon are very nice and helpful. The new BOA policy of one notary on duty when the bank is not busy seems silly and counterproductive to a standard of excellent customer service.

Absolutely the SLOWEST bank in the Florida Keys. Terrible customer service. They charge fees for everything! I was given a $12 fee for farting in line!! No, but seriously, this bank is terrible!! I choose to drive an hour to Wells Fargo in Key Largo, rather than deal with this company. Do NOT get a bank account here, they will rob you with all their fees

Expect to wait 1-2 hours just to simply deposit a check. They have never had more than 2 tellers at this location, one dedicated to the drive-thru and the other dedicated to in-house guests. The drive-thru gets more attention than the patrons in-house. Appointments are forgotten and not honored. My wife and I spent 2 hours each day of 3 days waiting to talk to someone about our account with no luck. Even after setting up an appointment twice we were forgotten and over-looked. I complained about this and nothing was done other than being told to wait longer. I don't schedule an appointment to wait 30 minutes after scheduled time to be told walk-ins were waiting before me and they would get taken care of first.
