“Very knowledgeable if during weekday hours. After hour or weekends it's hit or miss. English is sometimes a challenge and most of the girls have zero construction knowledge, but A+ for effort. It would be a good investment to train these ladies, they would do a good job. Pro desk is not always staffed after daytime hours. But you're good to go if you know what you're looking for. Also the phone app is helpful in finding things.”
