Just went to get a very complicated case on my phone and sandy was awesome. She helped me out even though it was a lot harder than both of us expected. Excellent customer service!

I just visited the Marathon store with a phone that would not charge due to the plug not fitting into the port. Lydia, the Assistant Manager, hooked me up by removing debris from the port that I could not find and then cleaning with a brush and a cleaning fluid. Being on vacation...but still working, I was concerned what i was going to do...crisis averted. Thank You

1500$ I Phone ruined by employee....Absolutely terrible service. My port on my brand new I phone 11 pro was swollen and the charger would not fit in the hole. It is a Manufacturing issue but she grabbed the phone out of my hands and proceeded to shove a charger in the port hole. Then she told me that I broke it previously and told me that I have no options but to get a wireless charger. I then told her that I carry insurance on the phone and she told me "go file a claim then." She told me that the phone was ruined. As she started to raise her voice and started screaming at me in front of her manager I picked up my things and left. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will ruin your phone.
