A FedEx truck with 2 drivers hit my dog when I went outside.I saw the tire on top of my dog's stomach.I yelled at them to back up. WhenShe came to me, her flesh had been torn from her body and it cost a lot of money and I need some compensation. there has to be some kind 9f insurance for this.

First complaint, order package with five items in it arrived with three items in it no invoiced corner was ripped and taped. Was not shipped that way so arrived at FedEx and they destroyed the package so they taped the package should have never been delivered to me. Then the package was delivered by a FedEx employee in their own vehicle everything is on camera. Next complaint, scheduled a pickup sat here all day got up the next morning looked at my camera shows the FedEx guy walk on my porch never knocked on my door never rang my door well to pick up a package. What do they think we're nuts and we leave our shit outside when we're told we have to be there between 9:00 and 6:00.

They routinely mark a package as undeliverable when they have not even made an attempt to deliver it. Happened today, again. Marked that I was not home to sign when they never even came to my address in a truck to pretend to try.

Be careful when using Google maps to get to this location. It tries to take you on a road that is no longer usable for all drivers. You must turn in to where the fire station is making a quick right. Then your first left is where FedEx is.The store is very small, so if there are many people, there might be a line outside. But it doesn’t seem that way. They will not print out shipping labels at this location.You should definitely have your labels on your packages already or have them printed at least.If you must print a label somewhere else, the closest place is FedEx. It will cost $2.50 to use the computer for three minutes, and $.20 per page printed.They do close the store from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM for lunch so be sure not to show up at those hours. The doors will be close.

Very rude and unhelpful woman at the desk. She absolutely did not want to be helpful, seemed like I was bothering her! Needs attitude adjustment or better customer service training. Not a good representation of the company!

Not sure if this review applies to your location but…to the Fedex driver that turned in my cell phone that had my drivers license, bank card, and credit cards in a wallet attached to the back of it to the Key Colony PD…thank you!! I’m 15hrs from home, I don’t know what I would’ve done if I had lost all of that stuff. I hope this reaches the right person. My faith in humanity has been restored. Thankful for the honest people still out there in this world.
