He should be on a clinic, not walking around.

The people at this shop helped me out when I had an emergency in their parking lot. Their kindness and generosity helped me get through a very rough day. Even though I wasn't there to shop at their store, I wanted to give a shoutout to them as being wonderful people! Please consider giving them your business!

Installation of flooring was poor. Lots of gaps where was cut short and tried to cover everything with caulk. Never finished the job. Took all the leftover material despite me telling them I wanted it.

I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I reached out to two businesses in Marathon last week looking for countertop installation, one being N C Tile and Carpet and within 24 hours they were at my home! They had not only returned my phone calls but came out and measured my countertops to give me an estimate. Within hours NC Tile was checking in on me to see how everything went and asking if I wanted to come pick out countertops to get a true altogether estimate. The communication alone had me swayed in their direction but after receiving my estimate I knew I would 100% go with them. It is now been a week exactly since they came out and measured for my estimate and I already have stunning quartz countertops! It is a husband and wife owned business and the wife is so incredibly knowledgeable with all of the the things they offer in the store. We were so happy with their business we have now hired them for backsplash as well!

I used NC Tile in Marathon because Home Depot was so behind with countertop installation. They were recommended by a neighbor. I was so disappointed with their customer service. They definitely over promised and underdelivered. I would not recommend and would wait for Home Depot next time.

So far so good! The owner and son team is professional and caring. They rapidly came to my home and provided an estimate, gave us samples and also explained the nuances of the proposed work. They also offered to find other contractors for associated work involved in the project.
