Wow sooo Susan the manager has helped me figure out I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HER STORE AGAIN....no customer service skills what sooo ever how rude do uuu have to be..... hey and I'm sure she won't tell her bosses so I will please put on the receipt for shoes ABSOLUTELY NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND YOU ARE STUCK WITH YOUR HURTING FEET NO MATTER WHAT....remember when u had to break in shoes?...the receipt clearly says 30 day for store credit or exchange only....not there....and no compassion about your $160 loss......

Lots of nice things. I'm only giving a 4 instead of a 5 because of the political junk for sale at the register. We come to the Keys to forget all of that nonsense for a brief time. Seems a bit opportunistic and in poor taste.

This is a little gift shop with a lot of variety. It’s mostly over priced but that’s expected. My daughter bought the 4 for $10 shirts and had a lot of fun cropping them off and cutting them up. Watch those shirts, a lot are stained so be careful choosing. My husband got a Florida man hat and a couple rash guard sun screen shirts that were 2 for $20, I think. We got some Sun Bum too. The workers working when we went didn’t speak good English. The store was clean and maintained.

Very expensive compared to European prices. (perhaps good by American standards)
Best: I based my review on the prices of known brands and models, which I could very well compare with their European prices. Of course you have products in all price ranges. But I only made the comparison of items that are also for sale in Europe at much lower prices. This is not an accusation. It's just an observation. We bought a parasol from you that was more expensive in other stores. Xxx

Went there to buy some items for my daughter, wife, and mother. Canister was rude, didn’t smile or even acknowledge us, then when we mixed up the wrong shoes at the register and my wife went back to get the correct ones the cashier and other worker rolled their eyes and started saying something in Spanish that we couldn’t understand. Will not go back

A friend and I stopped in to buy a bottled water for a friend with a headache. They had just run out, & Lisa went above and beyond to help. She took me to their break room, and gave me 2 cups of spring water. It was so sweet!!! I was so grateful that she took the time to care. I also saw that they had nice long sleeve men's fishing/water shirts 2 for $19.99. Good deal!
