Worst store ever, came in to buy a bottle of water, the checker looked at us, went in the back office to talk to somebody back there, came out, looked at us again. Went back and talked to somebody else for about 5 minutes till we just walked out. Never once acknowledged us or told us she'd be right with us. Horrible

Bad experience at the pump. Overcharged and staff says manager isn't here so you'll have to come back tomorrow to dispute. I'm not going to be here then so I'll leave a one star review instead. Avoid avoid avoid.
Bathroom is also locked and require attendant to open, which is understandable but inconvenient.

This is a shady shop selling dog meat on sheep's head. The brand says regular oil is 3.00/gallon. But the price charged is 4.409/gallon. I definitely chose regular instead of premium. And the cashier couldn't communicate because he only spoke Spanish. And this gas station does not provide toilets to customers. Black on black. Please don't cheer here.

We saw on our way to Key West this gas station and noticed how cheap the price per gallon was. Compared to Orlando which was around $3.57, this Tom Thumb in Marathon was at $3.13. Comparing the price per gallon to gas stations in Key Largo, Islamorada, and Key West, it was even more significantly cheaper as the prices in most of the keys average from $3.89 to $5 per gallon. We made a mental note to return to this Tom Thumb on our return home. It was a refreshing savings on a full tank. So, for the best and cheapest gas in the keys, fill up in Marathon.

It was really tight to get in and get gas. Had to back up several times to turn around and get to diesel. Also the machine was down and had to go inside to pay.

Beyond DISGUSTED !! Especially store #230 marathon! The sign was almost falling apart in the wind. Also the manager that night of 9-27-22 should be sad with their self for allowing this and not saying “ no go home be safe”. You forced your employees to keep the stores open during a Cat 4 hurricane ! With king tide and surges ! They asked to go home and you said corporate said no your staying open instead of letting your families be home during this state of emergency! There was barley enough customers to cover what you paid the clerk! Their lives are important too! DISGUSTING!!!
