Trying to get in contact with them all day. A couple times I called and no answer tried again later they answered just to hang up. When I called yesterday about a package they answered the phone with just hello and very rude

Moving to Marathon and cannot do a change of address because the post office has not loaded the address for the apartment complex in their system. Cannot get the issue resolved before moving because no one picks up the phone at this post office.

No idea why this place has a low review. Staff was pleasant, fast, and very helpful.
