Dec. 9 about 2:30 I went to send money western union which I have done many times. I waited in line. When I get to the register she tells me I can only SEND it at the last register. I told her I was sending not receiving. The girl at the last register agreed. So I had to wait while 4 people behind me get helped. This has happened before. It's only when your receiving that you have to use the last register. I work hard on my feet and I'm older and it hurts my back to stand still due to a back problem. Very frustrating. Get it together girls.

This Walgreens freaking sucks. I have PTSD and drove 30 min for medicine to take my nightmares away, all for you guys to tell me that the pharmacy is closed??? Freaking update your hours. There's people out there that genuinely need their medication. Thanks

How many one stars until Walgreens does something about the store manager? Absolutely the worst I’ve ever encounter, and there are other reviews to indicate that! Unprofessional!!

This walgreens was always run well with Jonah as the manager. Ellie the manager on duty tonight was absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a long time. I went down an aisle to buy a card and she looked at me and said ma'am you can't come down here the floor is wet its blocked off. I said no its not blocked off, i came down the aisle from the other side and there was no block whatsoever. I asked her to look, she then argued with me, i said how do i buy a card? She then said i can refuse you service, I said but its not blocked!! And then i said i was done talking about it. She yelled at me YOUR SERVICE IS REFUSED. I have lived here for 28 years and have never dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional! We just came in for a bday card and a gift card for a 6 year old. I will be contacting corporate with complaints about this power hungry nasty person who was obviously looking for a fight. Question, why were they mopping the floors at 10:15 at night? And telling people they couldn't go down aisles to purchase things? Should this not be done after the store closes at 11 pm so they don't lose money?? Because they lost 60 from us and who knows how much more from others.

Requested a refill via website on the 28th day of my prescription. Didn't get filled. Called on Sunday (30th day) and the pharmacy was closed?!? Now, on Monday, I was on hold for 44 minutes and then they dropped my call. Now I'm on hold again, I'm out of pills and I'm mad!!! UPDATE: I got cut off again after another 40 minutes on hold. Went to the store and they had been closed for three days (staffing issue?) and were scrambling to catch up. So, 84 minutes on hold and two trips to town (30 miles) and I got my refill...

DON’T GO HERE IF YOU WANT CASH BACK and don’t want to spend over $20! This is only about trying to get cash-back. They will only do it on over $20 purchases. Other than this I have no opinions. I’m a customer ofWalgreens in my own neck of the woods.

The pharmacy …. Is one of the few pharmacies in town, but it’s the oldest one. I went to the hospital on Saturday afternoon because I was feeling very sick, was discharged with 3 prescriptions that I requested to be send to this location because it been my pharmacy since I moved to town 22 years ago. To my surprise they close the pharmacy at 5pm on Saturday and open at 10am on Sunday, that will be 17 hours without filling a prescription due to hours of operation. When I got to the window at 10:05 am.. the lady told me they just opened and I needed to come back on 30 min. I went back an hour later and to my surprise again they could only filled two out or the three because they were out of stock on the most important one and that they will not get it until next Tuesday. Are you kidding me???? If I went to the emergency room is because I could not wait another hour without treatment. It’s a common thing in this pharmacy to be out of stock on medication…had happened before with my mothers refills. It’s ridiculous that we can only get sick Tuesday - Friday because the pharmacy is either closed or out of stock on medication. The only reason I gave it two star is because they referred my prescription to Publix and they are fully stocked and open. From now on I will use Publix pharmacy from the beginning and will also request transfer of all my mothers medication. I don’t understand if we are on an island with thousands of people that might need prescription for serious illness Why they don’t stock up??? Why Publix has it and they don’t ???? Is is poor management and ordering ???? They are not doing us a favor, their business is sell medication so people can feel better. Marathon is part of the United States of America where we can find anything we need at any time. I think corporate needs to get involved and review what’s really going on there because I’m sure I’m not the only unhappy customer.

Booked 4 Covid booster shots back to back on website. Drove 40 miles and when arrived they said they didn’t have any vaccines. Why accept appointments then? Asked to speak to pharmacy manager and they we on vacation. When I asked to speak to store manager they said they didn’t have one.

Nicholas saved the day. Incredible cashier/employee who went above and beyond to assist lines of customers in a timely fashion. He should be the manager, as the manager himself never appeared when called to help. Nicholas manned the counters and trainer coworkers all in a respectful manner. These 3 stars are for Nicholas. Walgreens itself 0/5.

Super rude employee, on the morning shift. Was buying ice and water and when I was trying to tell her that I had three cases of water and six bags of ice she cut me off and started fussing at my other crew member that was walking but with the ice, saying we were stealing, I told her he was with me just like the day before when this happened. Then she only ran up two cases of water when three were plainly visible in front of her. When she realized what she did she didn't try and say she was sorry it somehow was my fault, needless to say I told her that is was her problem, I start to walk out then she said she was gonna call the cops and another employee came out and smoothed everything over and I paid for the other case I won't be back to this location.

My being a seasonal* customer at this particular location has always been fine. The Pharmacists, Pharmacy support staffers, and its other staffers always seem helpful to me.

Easy access on US 1, full store, pharmacy, and liquor department (and a clean bathroom!). Appears to be recently Remodeled and upgraded.

Liquor store tried to pull a fast one me by trying to overcharge me. One price displayed, another one charged at register. Happened 2 times out if 4 visits. Definitely not a coincidence. Nasty looks when complaining about it. No apologies, definitely doing it all the time.
